This is a decent breakfast. 

 

Peas? and dry looking potatoes? Are the peas a step up from beans?

As mentioned CC's have a 99 baht breakfast......surely should be comparing like with like.......

 

In the past I have had the CC breakfast when it was 89 baht. Certainly the 99 baht breakfast at Nickys is better value to me than that was.

The chef cook probably ran out of baked beans and simply assumed anything small, round and from the genus legume was an appropriate substitute. Colour no object.

 

On the other hand, he may have been colorblind.

The depends what you eat the rest of the day, week, month.   Cholesterol isn't necessarily bad for you, as your body needs & makes 80-85% of what it needs, whether you eat it or not.  Extra isn't necessarily a bad thing.

 

 

Eating good cholesterol is better than letting your body make bad cholesterol.  

 

 

On topic of course .... both look OK, and decent values, if you don't cook for yourself, as usually healthier ingredients if you do, and know how.  Fine if you live out of a box room or condo.
