There are posts on his social media platform but signs of atypical and AI writing in them so uncertain whether he wrote them.

In the context of the recent loud chatter about his health issues, speculation about the current unusual long absence is magnified.

Of course it doesn't necessarily mean anything. 

But it might.

IF he's having a medical operation he is obligated to hand power to the vice president.

Not saying he is having an operation but if he is without doing that, that's horribly irresponsible.

He does (tragically) hold that high office even if he's in hiding now for whatever reason. 
Some might say don't need to respect the man, but respect the office.

Is it related to the tariffs being ruled ILLEGAL for a president to order given tariffs are one of the only things he has ever been consistent about ideologically (since the 80's) and core of his current SHAMBOLIC economic policy? I don't know but the timing is curious.

I'm not going to go there. However, the worst case scenario (for him), that doesn't mean great news for his opponents. Vance shows signs of being much worse and in his case competent and not insane.
