Phuket Landlord Warns After Tenant Leaves Room in Filthy State

It's difficult to understand the mind of someone who would choose to live in that manner.  Whatever - people like that are rather sick in a mentally ill manner.

  • So she's done one and left all her clothes? Looks staged to me,

  • Staged for sure. Wonder if owner refused to give deposit back so she ransacked the place. Only guessing of course.

I have to come up with the same conclusion: It looks staged.

I have closely observed the photos. It appears she frequents 7 Eleven. She eats MAMA noodle frequently, enjoys kao soy, cp food hot dogs. Seeing how much food, not a meth addict. Most likely a Thai young lady who is depressed and has a system of being on the move.

It looks like a Ukrainian, isn't it?

I wonder if she left an Upper Decker in the toilet.

Why leave it in the toilet? There are better places like the bed mattress where it's hard to clean off. Two birds with one stone.

If this is real and not staged, and assuming that she might be a short time girl, I think any man spending time with her would be wise to wear a latex body suit, gloves, full face mask and of course that other latex protective item. Just sayin'.

What have you seen in there that gives you a har don?

ive missed it, obviously……just  like the woman and the waste bin

I grew up in a 10x15 room, bunkbeds on a wall with an older brother who refused to do anything other than throw his stinky socks and underwear around our room until Mom had to come in and bamboo scratcher thwack his ass to pick up his sh888t and get it to the laundry room. Compared to that stink, nothing to see here, move on.

I agree. The floors/surfaces etc look very clean. It would likely take hardly any effort to tidy it.

You must be looking at different photos or how could you say the floors and surfaces look clean?  Check the bath vanity counter photo--if you can even find it under all the filth.  You can see the sink is filthy, too.  We had a female tenant once who left our rental condo in slightly better condition than this but we still had at least a half dozen extra large bags of trash when we did the clean-up, plus all the clothes she left, which filled at least another half-dozen.

This is totally staged. You don't have to be a detective to note everything has been layed out in situ.  Very little actually spilt, and hardly a crumb overturned from the containers.

Possibly too lazy to do laundry / take it to laundry shop.. just buy new.

But will she (and others with similar behaviors) wash the new clothes before wearing them?

Filthy, maybe ex Windmill gogo girl. 😂

Why do you cast aspersions on  current or former Windmill employees?

You like to bully those who can't defend themselves?

I'm In Full Agreement 😂

My sympathy for landlords is limited, as the majority of them generally do not pay back the deposit for any damage, whether something is damaged or not, and the legal process for tenants is usually tedious or takes too long.:coffee1:

Agree, a landlord is trying the old trick: How do I avoid paying back the deposit?

That's staged.

The mess is too orderly and the floor too clean.

Thats odd. My daughter told me she was going to Turkey.

Geeze, Wow I'm impressed, your my hero Sherlock Holmes. Is Dr Watson still alive?🤩

If she lives like that I wonder  about the state of her ...............

It certainly has a distinct aroma, reminiscent of a well-aged Swiss cheese. A breathing mask might be a wise choice.

Looks like they flushed... amateur.

When you rent something, usually they take photocopies of passport etc.
Along with the months deposits etc do a plain to read contract, and take photos of the person in the rooms you rented to. Someone done that to me, I’d report to police, and put her/ his photo online . Name and shame. There were 3 Chinese girls on the same floor as me once and they kept their door open. It was a total mess and they cooked there all day long. I mentioned  it to the office but they didn’t do a thing.
It was a nice building but the renters were mostly awful. +Ground floor was all Russian families and they cooked cabbage all day long. Smelly.

A Thai couple were kicked out after leaving a small baby alone .poor thing cried all the time.

How could anybody even live in a filthy apartment like that?

Try to imagine what their home must look and smell like.

That’s how we know she’s Thai

Hope you didn’t place a bet then at the bookies.

Not much of a warning without any ID info.

It is obvious, the person left the place without getting back their deposit.

As stated, "the person left the property without paying rent", which means, they left their deposit.

A Phuket landlord has issued a warning to fellow property owners after a female tenant left her rented room in a shocking state, littered with trash and food waste.

The incident occurred in a rental property in Rawai, Mueang Phuket. Photos shared by the Facebook page Phuket Times show a room strewn with plastic cups, bottles, snack wrappers, and food containers, leaving little space to walk or sit.

The landlord described the situation as a cautionary tale for property owners, urging them to carefully screen tenants before renting out rooms. The tenant reportedly left the property without paying rent, leaving the mess behind.

“I want to warn others to be careful when selecting tenants,” the landlord said. “It seems she has done this before and may currently be renting elsewhere. Property owners need to remain vigilant.”

The Facebook post drew widespread reactions from the online community. Commenters expressed disbelief and anger, with many urging landlords to share the tenant’s details to prevent others from renting to her. One user remarked, “It’s unbelievable anyone could live like that,” while another added, “People like this shouldn’t be allowed to rent anywhere.”

The case has sparked broader discussion about tenant responsibility and the importance of careful screening in Phuket’s rental market.

It just looks like bread or something has been emptied into the sink and there are some crumbs. Ther is no staining as you would expect when a pig has been living there.
