Russian Man Blacklisted After Public Sexual Content in Phuket

On 26 September 2025, Phuket police charged a 23-year-old Russian man and a 42-year-old Thai woman for engaging in public indecency while producing sexual content on a pickup truck. The incident occurred on the evening of 24 September on Chalermphrakiat Ror 9 Road (Bypass) outbound from Phuket city. The case attracted widespread attention after a video of the incident was shared on social media.

 

Police investigations revealed that the suspects engaged in explicit acts at the rear of a black pickup truck in public view, without regard for passersby. The suspect, identified as Mr Georgy and the Thai woman, referred to only as Ms B, were both taken into custody. Mr Georgy was located at Suvarnabhumi Airport as he attempted to travel to Vietnam.

 

Police charged Mr Georgy with committing public indecency and offences under the Computer Crime Act. Ms B was charged with committing public indecency. Police confirmed that the two acted together to produce the content and that Ms B admitted she had been paid 1,000 baht to participate. She claimed this was not the first occasion, stating she had taken part in similar content twice before, reportedly at the request of Mr Georgy, who is believed to be a well-known influencer with hundreds of thousands of followers.

 

Pol Colonel Chatree Chukaew, Superintendent of Phuket City Police Station, confirmed that officers from multiple divisions, including the tourist police and immigration authorities, collaborated to apprehend the suspects. The incident has prompted immigration authorities to blacklist Mr Georgy. His visa was revoked and he will be detained until the conclusion of legal proceedings, after which he will be deported and banned from re-entering Thailand.

 

Ms B’s case is being processed for trial in Phuket Provincial Court. Police are gathering evidence for prosecution and emphasised the seriousness of the offence. The case has sparked debate about public decency laws and the use of social media to distribute explicit content. Phuket police have stated they will pursue the case rigorously. Immigration authorities have confirmed their intent to enforce the blacklist order to prevent similar incidents.

As reported, it was just an 'act' so the charges should be riding in the back of a pickup or failing to wear seat belts. The female participant should rest easy in the knowledge her partner will be banned from re-entry. The videographer and all those who shared the content on social media will, of course, be charged under the Computer Crimes Act.

Lucky for the Russian when the driver put on the breaks all was really good for both, but when the driver accelerated at speed again and  the Russian did not fall off the rear of the pickup then either he was lucky or it was so embedded it became an anchor! "What a wonderful world"

As you can see on the photos above, 1 sitting with a jacket over head, and one walking with the same jacket. One might be able to see that the stomach muscles are fairly lose and not very firm, which might draw the conclusion that the rest follow the first.
