His whole time in LOS has probably been a continuous stream of full moon/half moon/quarter moon/new moon etc parties and assorted raves.  Probably gets a buzz, strips down and dances like that every night. "whaddaya mean it's against the law?"  Maybe it was a mating dance that usually works out well for him.  Morning after conversation:

Suzie: hey, where were you off to last night?

Katie: I went off with the guy who was dancing naked.

Once upon a time, and before I had properly grown up, I did a bungee jump naked at South Padre during Spring Break. The appreciative audience ran interference on the local cops as I made a hasty departure after my daring exposé.

 

There's no sense of fun these days and that's why i don't do it any more.
