  • So you are not using you zimmer frame anymore?

  • George ,You ran away when monkey's attacked you ,first punch in the nose , that's the end of your boxing career , don't even  think about it. plus in previous posts you said Pattaya is crap

  • Of course boxing is a way to make a complete ass out of yourself and then open yourself to complete ridicule.  At my age I can still work a heavy bag with hands and feet. But it's purely cardio.

Crikey, that's a mouthful just to say that you are paranoid.

High hypervigilance is an intense, exhausting state of being constantly on guard, scanning for threats, often due to trauma or severe anxiety, leading to physical symptoms like rapid heart rate, mental distress, and overreactions, commonly linked to PTSD, anxiety disorders, and abuse, requiring therapy or medication for management.

Isn't Google nice, they even have a picture of you in their description.

What medication are you taking?

No medication

But even when I was on the flight , I like to "interview" the person behind me to make sure they aren't a threat

I would like to learn only boxing not that muay Thai

There is a boxing gym I heard near terminal one

I can't locate it as it's run I heard by an old boxer

What is it with you, terrified of being assaulted by ladyboys and monkeys.

Then claim you will never return.

Do you miss your Thai boyfriend that much, or are you just a sick little boy crying for his mummy to help him

No need to suspect, he openly admitted he is a pillow biter.

Your a jealous old man who had a lot of regrets in life, failed in his life ,in & out of jail all your life ,divorce and of course the old wacky green tobacky

Don't take this the wrong way but your what I would call an "old ratbag " with your hair tied in a ponytail and no hair on the front of your scalp because of old age and sun damaged alcohol face

I was going to put you on block AGAIN but I thought of your poor missus who cops the brunt of your abuse every night so I would rather take it for her !

Wife beaters never change their spots ...and you done that in your past as well

Do you look back and regret what you have done in your life ...I bet not sadly , family won't talk to you , they gave you away

Do they refer to you as old drunken dick?

You wouldn't know ,they don't have anything to do with you !

That's a bit rough!!

Especially coming from someone who has previously posted that he had a Zimmer frame and a long flowing grey beard.

These old men like him are the ones you see in Pattaya who have had rough lives ,they tend to blame society,/police ) government/women ) immigrants for their rough life

. usually aged looking because of past alcohol and drug problems ,they are bitter at other farangs

How old are you.  Have you had cataract surgery?  There comes a time when boxing isn't a good idea.  Old bodies don't absorb damage like youngsters do.

However! Boxing is EXCELLENT cardio as well as better self-defense than various forms of karate.  The only thing to add to the mix is Brazilian Ju-Jitsu. All for the same reasons.
That's a good set of mixed martial arts.  But at my age and with plastic IOL in my eyes - I won't even consider it - or recommend it. However, heavy bag work would be worth the time just for the cardio value of the exercise.

Ur right.I took private lessons in Kung Fu in Bangkok.I have training full contact karate for years.Stop that some years ago.

Anyway i took this training and it was mostly about "dirty tricks"..means defend myself and get the attacker in pain so he cant move after, and then just walk away.Never happens anything to me..i allways walk away or leave a bar if trouble starts between people.

I used to do Israeli fighting called Krav Maga, only did it for 6 months last year as my old body found it hard

But sometimes you don't know when you get into situations you can't walk away eg someone approaches you on a public street demanding money aggressively like I have happened to me

And you will not spend any time in the bars because it's beneath you, right?

I understand what u mean.Anyway a double kick in the leg and knee stop the attacker.Normally they cant move after because its wery painful.U see football players even they use leg protectors they can't move after a kick in these areas. So start boxing is not a good idea because maybe the person is a better boxer.

Anyway the best idea is just walking away any kind of trouble.

So why do you keep going back if you have such a low opinion of the farangs there and don't frequent the bars?

Why don't you go to Chiang Mai?

What's the point? Those kids in the boxing gym train not to die of starvation. They pull out 150 push ups like it's a 5 minute stretch. Have you ever seen a trained boxer in a boxing gym?

They're not like normal people. You'd need to train for a year, just to pretend you can be on a level..

They have no mercy. Well, they did with me in the end, they told to go shadow box in fron of the mirror.

Or a  fellow with a lively imagination creating scenarios that he/she believes are funny and taking  delight in the gullible suckers who  accept the stories as reliable.

Keep out of the ring.

Get yourself a speed ball, great for fitness, coordination etc.

A boxing speedball is excellent for overall fitness, offering significant benefits for cardiovascular health, upper body endurance, hand-eye coordination, reflexes, and mental focus, providing a dynamic, full-body workout when used correctly. It conditions the heart and muscles in arms, shoulders, back, and core, working both aerobic and anaerobic systems for comprehensive fitness.

It's really rewarding when you get it right, getting the ball to bounce of the back board in sync.

Maybe write the name an AN forum member you dislike, then just imagine it's his head....... Bang Bang Bang. 😂

I saw this machine around the corner from my house.

Start training, when you return to Thailand, you can get in some practice.

Never have I laughed so much as I did reading your sad little rant.

As for the weed smoking, best ask my son about that, at almost 47 he still walks around in a cloud of smoke

By the way my wife read your tragic spiel and her comment was "Is he crazy or just gay "this came from a Thai woman who has been with me close to 20 years.

My only regret is I did not meet her sooner than I did

My only wish would be to see you bitch slapped by a monkey

Says the same thing to everyone, we're all losers, failed in life  ...  and yet, his post are just about that, his failures, or simply poor story telling, as hard to believe any of it.

He does seem to hate successful & happy people :coffee1:
