"Les Norton".

Crime (comedy). Set in Sydney's Kings X in the 80's.  Some realistic characters depicted.

Watch for the young Thai sex slaves featured in the first episode.

Spooky- I only discovered the books two days ago and am on my second one. Unfortunately there are only about ten available as ebooks (free ones that is!)  I started in with Mud Crab Boogie.

As I digress another very funny Aussie author is Colin Cotterill. His Dr Siri and Jimm Juree books are spot on.

Yes, Mr Inbetween had a bit of a Les Norton feel to it, wouldn't surprise if the writers we're Robert G Barrett fans.

"Our Boys", just started about the killing of 3 Israeli kids in 2014

Not sure if mentioned but "the loudest voice" was very good

Euphoria is good. On Sky Atlantic. Not easy to watch.

I forgot 'The Boys'- not normally my thing but I did enjoy it. Anthony Starr from Banshee is in it.

Regarding the Norton books I would have liked to have begun at the start but there's only ten ebooks available, some of them are the standalones.

If you want a quite funny Brit comedy with john Cleese in it the second series of hold the sunset is in the usual places

The cameras picked out Cleese at the cricket yesterday. Looking very old, not surprising I suppose, he's nearly 80.

Been enjoying Hatton Garden with Timothy Spall .

Evil Lives Here. Crime series. Project Free TV.

Bad blood is back with season 2. I enjoyed season 1 but season 2 is a escalation in mafia action which is great and better then 1.

"Mr Inbetween" season 2 episode 1 should be available for dl September 2 or 3.

I started watching Succession.  Each character more odious than the next.  There's moments when you begin to sympathize with a certain character, and soon enough they do something that makes you dislike them even more.

Brian Cox is great in this.
