So can some one please explain in simple terms why a young and once attractive girl would do this to her self . What drove her to possibly spend a great deal of money to end up looking like this. I know every one should have the personal choice on how they look , but come on . ????

Psychological disorder would be my guess.

I would also question the ethics of the people who performed such a drastic disfiguration.

It's disgraceful that a cosmetic surgeon should agree to disfigure someone like this. The woman needs therapy, not plastic surgery.

I am not an expert but I imagine the theory goes like this: I have small tits and I know guys like big tits. So what do I do? Get bigger tits. Then maybe some more guys look at her. But not enough. So what is her conclusion? They are obviously not big enough, otherwise more guys would look. I need bigger tits. Ad infinitum.

And let's not forget that the extreme but not very extreme version of above is extreme successful.

  May be I'm just getting too old but for the life of me seeing a once beautiful young lady like this one who in my personal opinion has made a sad and impulsive decision to cover her body in tattoos is something that I just cannot understand or fathom out . If this covering your once beautiful skin with ink is some sort of fad that could be short lived , what is she going to look like when she gets a lot older .

Could I be missing some thing , any one here think this young lady looks more attractive now she is covered with tattoos ?
