Garbage.

Tried 3 emails.

Three times eh, you are optimistic.  I will try once, when I can be arsed,  then forget about it until a new one is announced in a month or so, which will also not work.

after just entering email address, which is the 1st step:

"

Registration for the FIRST dose
of the COVID-19 vaccination for foreign residents

Error (#476)

An internal server error occurred.

The above error occurred while the Web server was processing your request.

Please contact us if you think this is a server error. Thank you."

There is no email address or form to contact them.

When I have tried to register the second time, I was not allowed, because my email address was already taken.

The third attempt:

"This site can’t be reached

expatvac.consular.go.th unexpectedly closed the connection.

ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED"

Friend of mine got that, refreshed the page and got a Registration Successful message.

Need to have an image of your passport details page and current extension / visa ready.

Reminds me of getting tickets for BurningMan....every year since they sold out (2011) there are major screw ups. Being in Thailand at an all night Internets shop in Samui ("Ninja Restaurant") got mighty boring after 2 hours of waiting for the servers to work...

Trying to work this out. I have had the same occur to me with 2 different email addresses when it stated email taken. Perhaps that is all they want then they will send an email with an application. Just a thought.

Seems the site is life now. Just clicked on "Foreign Residents", and it asks me to in put my email address, aaaand: Email address is invalid.

I knew this was going to be exciting stuff..., my Sunday entertainment has arrived!

haha good one.  That assumes a level of competence and interest that they have never, to date, shown.

Well the info is up there at the beginning and you can bet a pound to a penny it will be Sinovac. Got to get rid of it somehow.

Why should it be Sinovac?   My 1st vaccination, free from the Thai government, was AZ and the second appointment I got (on a different hospital's site) for a 1st jab also offered, free from the government, AZ.

The 3rd appt at Bangsue was also going to be AZ

Just to head off the inevitable attacks, I did cancel the, then, superfluous appointment from the second hospital, the Bangsue appt had no facility to cancel.

I got all the way through submitting my form and passport/visa photos and got that same server error, however I refreshed and resubmitted the form data and got a success page. Who knows. Of course I do not fit into any of age/underlying conditions so I'm sure I won't get one anyway.
