Controversial US YouTuber "My Mate Nate" announces tearful split with Thai wife

Too bad.

Some bad people and drunks with You Tube channels in Pattaya with criminal records.  One guy even posted all his arrests, mostly for assault.

The stupidest part I think is people giving them money.

"Superchats" Why?  Walking around streaming bars and Soi Buakhao/Treetown and viewers send these people money?

Maybe donate it to a worthy charity not to these ebegging jobless idiots.

Even though I despise the majority of the "look at me" type of YouTubers.

I just watched it and thought it was quite sad really.

"So why the split?

That was a private matter within their families, they said."

"But if you really to know, just sign on to one, or both!, of the subscription channels that we will each be opening...............special rates for first 10,00 subscribers!.......see you soon for much more....etc, etc"

Dont know who this Nate is but this statement is LOL.

If your quoting from the video posted in an early reply on this topic, is the man who said that in the video the Nate in the news article in the OP?

Whoa ... 11 million subscribers ????

They should have a few million $$$ tucked away.   Think I'd retire & call it quits also.

Oh yea ... I am bored, ????

In a long tradition

...

Self absorbed persons,

As HMQ said to Prince Charles when he told her as a young man, "I want to be heard, I have a voice",

Her alledged response was" Believe me Charles no one wants to hear it" NO BODY.

Imagine being paged at an airport.

"Final call for passenger Look Mee Wannabe Mee. Please proceed to gate 5 for boarding."

Shades of that Heathrow announcement video.

Last call for Air India flight: Arheddis Varkenjaab

Will life ever be the same again?

All joking aside, although I can't understand a lot of the krap that theses YouTubers post, I admire anybody who has 11 MIL. fans/followers/subscribers. That must be worth $$$$.

Nothing says "respect my privacy" and "it's a personal matter" like putting out a video announcing your separation.

Considering that it's really a channel for Thais the subscriber numbers are amazing.

Not really..Have a look on the  Youtube Vlogs at the young American guy's that were born in China, they speak fluent Mandarin etc! Then look at the size of the population, they only need a fraction of that market place, and they get tens of millions of viewers!
