those weekend muslim Malaysian cross border visitors, which use to come in millions, will just have to travel a little further north. Budget flights to phuket, hat yai, even Hua Hin and Utapao. Even seasonal tourist charter flights for a week holidays.

They will stay longer, extended weekends, and spend more money each time.

As far as I was aware Thailand is Buddhist faith country by majority so they make their laws accordingly. Islamist countries make their laws accordingly to their faith. It's called democracy. Certain countries are becoming woke to the rights of the minority been put before the majority, road to authoritarianism IMO.

They can start to clean up their members in Pattaya Arab area. 

Then complain about things that they shouldn't care about
