i am in koh changy. my girl has left the hotel wehn i rfuse to pay her salary for 4 days. i dont know if she is still on isand or not. she says if i no pay she will call her brother in Korat and he will do something to me. is this threat real? am i? what should i do? i been in situation like this before in the dominican. they were all talk and no trousers there. should I just pay her? she wants total 20,000 for 4 days company. i have the money but the thought of having to pay for someone who I thought really likes me is stinging feeling. i could just leave the island and never look back, i already block her on facebooky but she still has my phone number.

Always ask cost/price before renting or buying.  The situation is hot, you have done something to anger her, so you have to cool things down. Try negotiating, or just give her a reasonable sum that you think is fair or market rates. If more is demanded, make an excuse why more is not available at this time. Leave for some reason, ie. meet friends elsewhere.  Threat could be real.

There's always the possibility that this is a delaying tactic while brother/hubby gets his mates together to come visiting.
