Anti-vaxers relying on discredited doctor's claims about COVID vaccines... again!
You see, @TallGuyJohninBKK, this is what I meant when I said (and I see you have wisely followed the advice): Your best option is to do what the other sophists of this forum do in such cases, which is to drop out of the discussion entirely, wait for it to get buried, and start posting your talking points in another thread in a couple of days or so. A competent sophist knows when to back off. "Not biting" here means avoiding finding oneself in the uncomfortable position of having to face very inconvenient facts… which only honest people are able to do. You've clutched at my lack of response as if it's some kind of rhetorical victory, and thats rather un-clever of you, I expect better from you (though not from the other clowns), that flawed grasp at relevance betrayed just how hollow and brittle your position really is. You know perfectly well that I'm more than capable of dismantling your nonsense piece by piece. That I chose not to engage this time isn't some triumph for the cesspit of mediocrity that the brain-dead anti-vax theatre wallows in... This time simply sad out, choosing not to waste oxygen and participate in this mind-numbing carousel of anti-vax idiocy. Silence, in this case, wasn’t concession - it was boredom mixed in with a health dose of contempt. You've mistaken disengagement for defeat, but I assure you: ignoring you was an act of mercy, not submission. A simple a testament to how utterly tedious and beneath me this whole anti-vax exchange is becoming thread after mind-numbing thread. -

The alarming mental decline of Donald J. Trump -- watch this space
“We don’t do much business with Canada from our standpoint. They do a lot of business with us. We’re at like 4%,” Trump said. That “4%” figure is wrong. Official US data shows that Canada bought about 17% of US goods exports... 🤣 https://www.cnn.com/2025/05/06/politics/fact-check-trump-mark-carney-imports There are only two possible explanations: 1. He is a shameless liar. 2. He's not even able to remember basic numbers and orders of magnitude about one of his hottest topics. Question to MAGAs: what's your explanation? 1 or 2? 🤣 -

Updates and events in the War in Ukraine 2025
More B.S. If the US exits and Europe fails to unite with enough help quickly enough, Ukraine remains at risk for total control by Russia. It doesn't need to be literal full occupation. A puppet government and murder and persecution of sticky Ukrainian nationalists would suffice. -

Tensions Between Nuclear Rivals Soar as Pakistan Warns of Possible War with India
But, America and the UK both have serious problems with homelessness, and even pockets of malnutrition among kids. Grannies lie on trollies in hospital corridors. Ex-soldiers apparently living like tramps selling matches on street corders. We have all these Indian doctors and nurses taking care of our sick. Using this logic, should the MOD and DoD be defunded until all these issues are sorted out? Close down NASA, quit subsidising SpaceX etc. Its about soft power. The Indian government told us to stop sending them aid in 2015. Aid goes to India, but not to the government. But about 45% of that "aid" is actually investments in Indian industry. I suppose the UK also sends aid to the US on the same basis. -

Tensions Between Nuclear Rivals Soar as Pakistan Warns of Possible War with India
Anyone with knowledge of this knows this is politics postering. It's frustrating that it can never stop. There can be no war here as it will lead to mutual destruction. I feel for my mates in Punjab and the brilliant Sikh community who always have to take the brunt - despite it not being their fight. -

Tourism Tourism Chiefs Rally for 3.5 Billion Baht Boost to Attract Chinese Visitors
Maybe the Thai authorities believe the CCP's BS that their economy is doing wonderfully well. The opposite is the truth with the tariffs and tens of millions of Chinese workers are unemployed as a result. It doesn't how much Thailand spends to attract Chinese tourists, they don't have the money to come. Surely, the Thai government knows that the CCP is planning to invade Taiwan by 2027. The CCP has said so. What will Thailand do when NO Chinese tourists come? It's high time to plan for this eventuality.
