Local Residents Capture Video of Foreign Mafia Intimidating Tourists at Pattaya Viewpoint

Concerned citizens have shared a 1-minute 39-second video revealing a group of foreign men, aged around 20-30 years, dressed in black shirts and long black pants, brandishing guns and threatening a group of international tourists at a viewpoint in Pattaya, Chonburi province, Thailand.

 

The men, resembling a Kuwaiti tourist group of more than 10 individuals, ordered the tourists to kneel while pointing their weapons at their heads, reported Daily News.

The incident occurred at the scenic hilltop viewpoint in Bang Lamung district, Chonburi.

 

Nevertheless, the incident has caused significant alarm and concern among tourists and witnesses. Law enforcement is urged to investigate and apprehend the culprits promptly, as this incident severely tarnishes Pattaya's image as a tourist destination.

"Pattaya image" is a loose term open to a myriad of interpretations, however as of late, some 'quality' middle east tourists groups has done a lot to make Pattaya looks even worse than what it is, what the police can do? ask Pol Maj Gen Surachate Hakparn , aka 'big joke'.

A shocking incident took place at the Voice of Navy 5 Viewpoint in Pattaya, as a Thai witness captured a distressing video of a foreign mafia member threatening a group of Asian men at gunpoint.

 

The video, lasting 1.39 minutes, shows a foreign mafia man dressed in all-black attire brandishing a gun and intimidating approximately ten foreigners, believed to be Kuwaiti nationals. The most alarming moment was when the gunman pointed his weapon directly at the head of one of the men.

 

The Daily News reported on the incident, though they did not include the original video in their report. Instead, they shared some screenshots, one of which indicated that one of the victims was a boy aged under 15 years.

The incident occurred in a public area, leaving bystanders terrified. The brave Thai witness decided to secretly record the act, intending to seek justice for the victims. It’s believed that the victims may not file a complaint with the police, making it even more critical for authorities to take action against such violent behaviour, as it tarnishes Pattaya’s reputation and good image.

Ha! As if the reputation of Pattaya has not be trashed repeatedly. It does appear that either the town is overrun with miscreants, or the police are exceptionally untalented, and indifferent to the practice of actual law enforcement.
