Yes. You think wrong. In fact when I was younger, they would often pay more. If I had more I would happily pay, but it wasn’t an issue in any of my relationships. 
I wasn’t joking when I wrote that your experience has skewed your thinking. But that’s not a big deal. We are all shaped by our experiences. Thank goodness we aren’t all fighting over the same woman. 
What works is what works. If you are able to sustain your relationship when others cannot, who is right and who is wrong?

Seems to me around 100K-150K a month is fair. A 9 or 10 makes that or a multiple of it. Toss in a little shopping at Armani or Chanel as a treat. Nice clothes make her feel sexy. The problem I have found is she wants a lot more sex than I want. Must be because she's just 21. I'm content with twice a day, but she's always angling for another schtupping.
