Half a liter of coffee, banana, 1/3 of  a can of tuna, and swallowed the daily scoop of disgusting pea protein mixed in water.  Lunches are when I feast.

So not too boring, wings (from night market), added to my usual eggs.  Along with asparagus, freshly picked this AM from garden.   Wings all of 10 baht each, tasty & meaty vs KFC, at ~55 baht now for 3 wings zap.  Love a bargain 😎

I use whey powder, but probably tastes similar.

I put 3-4 tablespoons of yogurt in a cup, with the protein powder, and add cinnamon and honey.

Mix with a spoon, no blender needed. And tastes pretty good.

And also started adding some creatine.

I don't eat bread anymore, but all this food porn is making me miss it.

Bread / grains may lead to heart health issues. Probably best to limit it to once a week.

Also cut way back, almost stopped.  When I do eat, I notice the negative aspect of it.  Carbs/starch/sugar really are some empty calories.  Not much benefit at all compared to fats & proteins, along with the green veggies.

The bad news is that the place with the bakery products has no good coffee. And the place with the great espresso (4 shots) has a very limited bakery selection.

The good news is that they are only 5min away from each other.

I'm still waiting. It's probably better described as brunch in my place.

Yesterday it was a boiled egg, toast and half an avocado.

The day before a banana pancake and a plate of noina.

Before that cornflakes, with bananas and yogurt.

It varies.

Late breakfest, still jet lag

All fruits from garden, passion fruit, Dragon fruit, banana, oats, youghurt and just missing nuts now.

Protein shake, garden fruits, creatine

Soon of to the gym rowing and stretching and some shoulder strengthening after a injury.

Time to stop heavy lifting unfortunate.

Busy all morning, and just now, first meal.  Apparently having grilled beef, with more of that butternut squash from the garden (producing way too much).   Probably some leftover pepperoni pizza soon :cheesy:

Only 2 eggs in frig ... Makro run later :coffee1:

This is my "normal" breakfast. I alternate every couple of months with Weetbix for a couple of months then back to Cornflakes.

No fruit today, but sometimes I have some dragon fruit or banana as well.

Not to worry, I only sear the filet mignon, I never cook a striploin so well.
