JUSTICE MINISTER TAWEE Sodsong yesterday (Sep.21) admitted that details of a recent surgery of de facto Pheu Thai boss-cum-convicted inmate Thaksin Shinawatra at Police Hospital still remain a mystery to him.

Tawee told reporters he himself has not yet been officially reported of anything about the surgery on the former prime minister recently performed at Police Hospital whereas doctors have kept it undisclosed to the public and only remarked that his post-surgery condition has generally improved.

According to the justice minister attached to the Prachachart, nobody else apart from those physicians at Police Hospital seemed to know what part of Thaksin’s body may have undergone the reported surgery whilst privacy reasons may have been cited in relation to such a specific case.

JUSTICE MINISTER Thawee Sodsong today (Sep. 21) said he agreed with the medical team that de facto Pheu Thai boss Thaksin Shinawatra should continue staying at Police Hospital as he has just undergone a surgery, TV Channel said.

However Thawee, a Prachachat Party MP, refused to comment on Thaksin still remaining at this hospital even though a month is up tomorrow from when he returned to Thailand on Aug. 22.

That same night he was rushed from a nursing unit at Bangkok Remand Prison to this hospital after suffering from insomnia, chest tightness, high blood pressure and low oxygen level at his finger tip.

The only mystery is how much more BS they can spin before his release! ????

  • Popular Post

I call bs.

The 'surgery' never happened.

Just another ruse to send him home to recuperate..????

  • Popular Post

We have the technology, we can rebuild him. They made him, better, faster, stronger.

pathetic. no one believes you.

If there was a surgery, it must have been one to remove and shred of decency and honesty left in him...

I'm betting on: Face Lift (to go with his jet-black hair dye)

'Removal of nasal and ear hair.' It's an aging thing or doing naughty things.????

Who is in charge here, the convicted prisoner or the Justice department?

Cosmetic surgery, just a bit of rounding off of the four corners.

Not sure what the mystery is.

everyone knows that the purpose of the surgery is to remove an Eight year sentence growth.

Have they set a date yet,  for him to be PM again.

It’s a severe optical impairment , he cant see going back to prison.

Maybe they had to sedate him in order to cut his toe nails !

It's nobody's business. Thaksin is also entitled to privacy regarding his medical history, something that is all too lightly taken in Thai press.

Had a long wooden nose that was growing at an alarming rate removed?

I could agree that the general public has no right to details of his private medical situation.

However, he is a prisoner released into the custody of the hospital and (according to the article) the Justice Minister has not been given details. How can this be acceptable?

But which one of the two did they lift?

Why?

He is a convicted felon who is supposed to be in jail, and as such under reduced entitlements and liberties.....

I say the people have a right to see justice done too........it stinks of a cover up.....

Rhetorical question I assume ?

Surgery was a success. All prison time has been removed successfully .

Second surgery will be to remove all criminal records.

Maybe to remove his electronic tag / ankle bracelet.

He is a very high profile person who has been convicted of several crimes whether they are trumped up is debateable but that is beside the point what is not debateable is he is a convict and as such he has forfeited many of his rights

The fact he appears to be receiving preferential treatment is divisive so clarity is required, the fact that the powers that be are being the total opposite spreads division and begs the question 'is Thaksin's imprisonment nothing but smoke and mirror's?'

I think anybody with an iota of common sense already knows the answer to that and the one's that don't are either a bit thick or deluded....

The man in the high castle.

Distraction and misdirection.

A good dose of laxative would have given the same outcome.
