Maybe it's time to ask Mr. Kirk a few questions.

Or does anybody else here know anybody who would leave any or that under the seat of a bike?

"Maybe it's time to ask Mr. Kirk a few questions".

Why?  If questions needed to be answered it's doubtful that he would have gone to the police.  It was only some rings and a watch and a bit of cash, nothing unusual in owning those and perhaps not wanting to wear them at the time he left the bike.

Total about 18,000 USD.

Sure, that is the typical pocket change we all leave under the seat of a bike. Or maybe not?

On Thursday (December 14th) the Patong Police arrested the prime suspect Mr. Usoap Khunsurin, 27, from Ranong, at a public park in Wichit. Seized from him was the stolen motorbike, three rings, and the watch. The suspect is facing charges of theft.

The only question to ask seems to be how he could be so stupid. Or are there more questions you can think of?
