What utter rubbish! The people would be happier if they just said, yes, we are filthy corrupt, that's why we are here, and forget the anti corruption BS! They have an uncanny way of making themselves look stupid!

This policy explicitly encourages officials to reject all forms of gifts and gratuities,

They all look totally encouraged.

Best of all is the brown paper bags they all have on their desk containing the bung for turning up. Go figure

You don't need all this nonsense. Just pass a freedom of information bill and see that it's upheld. But I won't be holding my breath

Just stick signs up in Thai in every administrative building and police station. Corruption: You will go to prison for 20 years!

Also, create an anonymous whistleblower website that states that evidence, in the form of video, photograph/photocopy or audio must be uploaded as proof (no gossip).

So they are trained not to be caught? Or act under radar? 0r share the profit? Or honestly to become good honest civil servants...long and winding road I guess.🥳

Bless their little cotton socks, they'll do anything for a laugh and a giggle. They are teaching the royal civil service not to indulge in corruption, everyone a loyal subject of the King.
