No Bob, the Aussie swerved in front of her and slammed on the brakes forcing the accident.   What happened before that to trigger the Aussies annoyance is unknown, but perhaps the driver (Th

Probably there is a reason why she didn't publish that part of the video.

I have seen it, he cuts straight in front of her over the white line and stops, having said that she also crossed over the white line.

I got a ticket for that 500b fine, caught on camera,  on a badly signed junction, and there were no other cars around at the time.

Another Thai man came forward to share another aggressive action by the same Australian man that occurred at the beginning of January this year. The man explained that he drove his car out of a condominium in the Sukhumvit neighbourhood of Bangkok and encountered Agamom playing on a skateboard in the middle of the road.

Playing with his skateboard?  Does he have a mental age of 10? That would explain the temper tantrums.

The other thread in on this forum…

It’s a new issue now where any negative issue involving foreigners is attracting so much media attention the same issue / story is being posted in numerous concurrently running threads.

She hit the motorbike while she was following it so close that there was no time to break .

Should she not have kept a distance for security ?

Anyway , talk is cheap ... the video shows the motorbike lying on the street only ...

She went to police and did not get the treatment she expected by the officer who claimed evidence ...

So she went to see his superior and this one ignored the missing evidence and promised " justice " to her .

Because she is thai , and the grounded victim is a farang ...?

Disgusting Bias in the ongoing farang dicrimination campaign here in Thailand .

Up to a judge to decide what is ' Justice ' , not to a policeman .

He deliberately attempted to stop her, pulling in front and across her direction of travel and braking hard, to a standstill, with little or no time for her to stop.

Clearly shown when this story started rolling on Saturday:

Found him and deport him

don’t forget good guys in.  Bad guys out

Hes not Australian. Hes got at Aussie accent but hes just one of these nasty immigrants who Canberra dishes out passports to.

What on earth is he doing here?  Hes crazy.

He would get bashed in Sydney or Melbourne behaving like that. Shot in America for sure.

Thais will start retaliating soon.

Sounds like a misfit Kiwi (no disrespect) intended to my Kiwi m8's, jewelry and all.

Road rage comes to Thailand, farang style, how disrespectful, can't beep your horn, now throwing a book and kicking the car, well....LoL.

How do they know Australian, not Aussie name and doesnt look Australian, also real Aussie wouldnt have that crap bling Lol.

Kicking spitting and throwing things certainly isnt.

and where did you get the impression free speech is a legal right in Thailand?

This is a society that values face over free speech... this is not the west...

Criminal Code:

Quote

Section 393. Public Insults

Any person who insults another in the latter’s presence or through publicity shall be liable to imprisonment for not more than one month, or a fine not exceeding one thousand baht or both.

Quote

Section 397. Bullying in Public

Any person who, in a public place or in public and through whatever act, treats another with insolence or in an offensive way or causes another to undergo disgrace, trouble or annoyance shall be liable to imprisonment for not more than one month, or a fine not exceeding one thousand baht or both.

For those that do not like it because free speech is not as high a priority as the west, you may return to a country that values free speech.

sure, why not (there’s already a Facebook page dedicated that - bad driving Thailand)..

Does you video show any Thai spitting at and hitting someone else car, throwing thing at them & threatening a lone female ?

Have a  choice , I have man jumps queue at traffic  light and waves  machete at stupid farang whose in his  way, or 2  men must go first in a  queue of traffic caused by dawdling other man hogging outside lane then they both eventually squeezing by and the other undertaking on hard shoulder ploughing straight into parked car, or  moron probably  looking at phone ploughs into back of  car at 10mph in traffic  queue, your  choice.

The best one is  mr tailgater "Im in a  hurry" but this is a two for one as we also have mr boy racer showing his  prowess at the end in spectacular fashion

These are all positive developments, out of control foreigners need to be reprimanded and punished and encouraged to act in a civil manner. There's no place for thugs and the Thai people should not be compelled to tolerate thuggish behavior on the part of foreigners.

We owe our hosts a degree of respect and we need to treat them with honor and be thankful for their hospitality, it is that simple. Whether all expats want to take responsibility for their bad behavior, or not.

its to keep his brain from oozin g out

A tally board is probably out there, for which nationality would take home the Darwin Award for 2024. Most Temperamental & Violent is there too. 🏆🤪🤬

Having seen all the videos of the incident, it's obvious that the car driver is at fault. It almost looks like she rear-ended him on purpose. There is no reason she'd be coming at the speed she did considering the traffic was stopped ahead. If she was intending to turn left, she was in the wrong lane.

Now whether the Aussie guy's actions are justified, that one is another discussion.. a bit too hot-headed behaviour, although I do like when people confront bad drivers here.

Fake news, Aussies don't behave like this, it is always other foreigners,  the video has been doctored, he got a raw deal paying out more than he received, and if you believe all that you have been having too many Leo's of late 🤪

Angkana did not know the motive behind Agamom’s actions. She speculated that she may have unintentionally cut him off or angered him while driving. She believed the incident would end there but it took an unexpected turn.

and of course, she could not say sorry.

daily i encounter this m0r0ns who cut me off, double park, drive up one way street and list goes on and each and every time, they are completely oblivious and could not care less what they have done or the inconvenience or near accident they caused.

Angkana encountered Agamom once again as she approached the Bearing Intersection, preparing to make a left turn. Agamom, positioned ahead of her, abruptly applied the brakes on his motorcycle, despite no vehicle obstructing his path, resulting in Angkana’s car colliding with his motorcycle.

Preparing to make a turn? so exactly how fast was she going and where was she looking to hit the bike?

Last time i checked road rules were clear, to keep distance and if you hit a vehicle infront of you, you are at fault, but apparently rules do not apply to her. she is special

Did not even bother to get out of the car to see if he was ok or to say sorry

So moral of the story, Thai should be allowed to break any rules, show as much disrespect as they wish but should foreigner respond, then its a bad foreigners and poor poor sweet little Thai

If it was a foreigner who hit the bike, rest assured Thai will be demanding 5 times more than the she paid for the damage

African immigrants look the same in every country. Lots of swagger and gold chains. Black American culture is massively to blame also.

Likely he would be doing the shooting himself.

I see that he has a good old Australian name "Ratukore Jones Agamom"

And with all the Bling on his hands I'm surprised he's not dragging his knuckles on the ground

"She speculated that she may have unintentionally cut him off".   Now there's a laugh.  Driving in Pattaya, seems like I get "unintentionally" cut off half a dozen times just going to the grocery store.

Of course he's Australian. Australia is a nation of immigrants don't you know? Welcome to the party pal. Now you know what it feels like to be an American. 😂

Is it not standard that one needs to keep a certain distance behind when following a car or motorcycle ahead so that one can stop in time to avoid a collision.

Nevertheless, an increasing number of aggressive foreign visitors in Thailand are having an impact and changing the culture in Thailand.

The way Thais will perceive foreigners is only going to get worse as the govt tries to increase the number of foreigners visiting Thailand to 150 million.

useless driving education does not help..   then you see nong lackbrain braking 2 meters in front of a fully laden cement truck and wondering why he got run over...

yes i use the same salute as the Thais merrily drive through the cross walks nearly missing me.  10 points for the farang.
