So I have noticed now for about two weeks an invasion of young people into Hua Hin.

 

These are not Russian family tourists or any type of our normal thirty something family demographic that visits here.  

 

At first I saw this really beautiful early twenties Thai girl walking around at the Bann Khun Por food court and I was like how is this possible?

So of course I followed her and she sat down with a very handsome and fit young farang man that was around her age. How weird is that? 

 

and then I noticed over the last couple of weeks there are a lot of beautiful young Thai girls I have never seen before hanging out with young farang guys. These guys are all EU types that look a bit like California surfers. Super tan and fit. This can't be. They are trumping my Trump stimulus check. 

 

Anyway they are not together, many small groups. So I am thinking these must be island refugees that have extended visas until Covid is over. Or maybe they came to Thailand to escape EU meltdown. not sure.  

    

The way I know they are EU is because I sat right next to them and I could hear them talking. I was not listening to their conversation so it is not weird or anything like that I just I wanted to make sure my GPS based hook up apps were able to lock onto the girls locations. That is important.  

 

anyway i did read on another forum that people are asking where they can travel while they are stuck in Thailand. Hua Hin was mentioned many times. 

 

OK super good looking super fit tan surfer EU 26 year old men go away now.

Yeah, but when the temporary visa amnesty is over those young studs will be going back home to make enough money that they can come back and retire in comfort when they're old geezers.

 

It could be the teachers from Bangkok with their ''fiancees'' from Thaivisa or Tinder!

 

The schools are actually closed so all the young teachers are hanging around waiting

the reopen, plus a lot of the girls in the business (Freelance) have very few customers 

(No tourists from abroad at the moment) so you have incredible bargain with a lot of 

young and beautiful thai girls trying to secure their next months (And their bills) with a western ''lover''

 

They know the beaches are closed in Pattaya and the city is not the nicest for a romantic trip so the Hua Hin choice makes sense

'Betcha that within 5 minutes of the OP posting this up, the bookings for Hua Hin hotels shot up by 50%.  By the end of the day, latest...

 

haha when i was younger and fitter i didnt need to come to thailand to get a gf, plenty of options at home, come to think about it, i dont need to go to thailand even now, wherever i am i lay my hat ????

To be fair, it's not hard to get with a pretty, educated Thai lady, as long as you don't look like quazi or a pauper of course. Bit of Thai lingo, clean shoes, good smile and you're away.
