I suspect the casino gambling is the main attraction, the girls are probably a side line...

Absolutely right.  It is a casino and that is what attracts the Thai Chinese gamblers/ shaggers.  But Thai Chinese women go there to gamble too.

The 1G1-7 Hotel sounds like a Chinese run casino/ brothel staffed with Thai hookers and frequented by quality Thai Chinese tourists.  Great stuff.

Sounds great.

No doubt there will be Thai & Myanmar officials, military etc getting their pockets filled from this. Dont expect to see much investigation into how, who have been helping these girls cross over the borders- I am sure there is plenty turning a blind eye for the correct price.

I expect they also enjoy the hospitality as well.

Or get some pockets empty

Why would well heeled Thais wanting to <deleted> around with Thai prostitutes go to Myanmar?

Well they are well heeled and I bet their faces are well know in Thailand so it's not good for their image to be caught in a den of iniquity. It would create quite a  scandalous situation for the elites and there families.

Evening news confirms two more domestic case now in Kamphaeng Phet.  Looks like the movement in cases is heading southwards.

Prostitution? Well I never.

It’s in Myanmar, Thailand wouldn’t allow such a thing.

If it operates in a similar way to the casinos near the borders - customers and staff are not normally troubled by immigration rules.

Yes, it has been going on for years with a blind eye and a brown envelope full of cash.

The same reason why one might go to the same brand of coffee shop in a different country.

A glorified brothel for Thai and Burmese VIPs.

Architecture is horrid and the decor is nauseating.

The pretties in the video are about the only thing worth staying there for,
