General Prawit Wongsuwan appears to have landed himself in hot water by reportedly handing out 200,000 water bowls (“khan” in Thai) to the party’s MPs for distribution to people in their constituencies during the Songkran festival next week.

as always ,he confirms, again,  that he is a real piece of work

Encouraging water throwing while it has been forbidden?

Or they could just be used traditionally in the way they were intended and dribble some water on the hands feet and head of your respected family members.

Can't see what the fuss is about.  Local elections have just come and gone leaving plastic posters of candidates to obscure vision at all cross-roads/junctions.  This is just more electioneering to keep him & his party snuffling at the trough.

Thaksin Shinawatra bowls seized by Thai police

Thai police have seized thousands of small bowls carrying a message signed by ousted Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra.

They also arrested the female politician from his party in whose house they were found.

She has now been charged with sedition, which can carry seven years in prison.

Old news but should be the same for these bowls. I guess they could use them to hold nuts.

But a very poor attitude to use cheap plastic for that.

I agree more with the idea that they are for the butt leftovers????

Glad to see they are still relevant and still a better option for the majority of the Thai people. Even their bowls were better ????
