IMO a genuine m to f transexual wants to be as real a woman as possible, so they are going to have the cut regardless. It's only the ones that want or need money ( usually to pay for the op, apparently ) that are going to remain intact.

I've never seen more than one older ladyboy ( I have to wonder why ), and she was a sad sight indeed.
