Do you mean in your cupboards - or in the shops?

Come to Bang Saray.....Harry's Bakery has a wide range of breads and the Thai veg shop 300 metres away has good sized potatoes.

Yesterday, I went to Best Supermarket at Dolphin Roundabout. Loads of bread: Thai muck, French, German and Italian varieties. A range of sandwiches are available too.

There were potatoes in and they were looking a bit below their best but you could pick out some decent ones.

There is a Harry's bread stall close by up Naklua Rd at the Loma Night Market site.

Tops supermarket.

Does this topic really need two threads on the same subject from the same OP? Must really miss the bread and potatoes.

I'm on good terms with one of the Central Food Hall managers, and that person was telling me today they're having big problems with logistics/supplies.

#1.  their shipments of imported goods from abroad are being delayed. and #2. even once products are here, because COVID cases are reducing their available workforce, they're having difficulties getting stocks delivered as much as normal to all their various locations.

I agree with the OP, bread and milk have been very iffy the past couple of weeks.

My local 7-11, Tesco, BigC have all been out of stock for days, then a delivery that quickly sells out.

Cheese and Onion crisps are also in short supply.

Learn how to acclimate and adjust.

Eat local.

Bake your own (bread, not cake).

Eat rice.

Eat pasta.

The possibilities are endless.

Wife bought croissants, sliced bread and some very nice looking spuds this afternoon at BigC Pattaya Klang.  Not as wide a choice as per usual she said but plenty on offer.

There are plenty of potatoes at Friendship, and good quality too.

Fish and chips??? ????????????

Every shop I've been to has bread.  Villa, central, bigc had plenty of potatoes.

Are you looking for something specific?

Not the season for potatoes. Expect to buy low quality at high prices.
