Phuket tuks are 300 baht short trip. Bangkok 50 baht.

Fairly normal question to ask.

Why give 10 responses of no value?

I wouldn't give one thought to 300, 50 or 10 baht.

I sure as heck wouldn't be worried about overspending or running out of money!

So you cant answer the question.

Here is a thought?

For your same question?

How much is a tuk tuk?

For 50 meters?

For 1 kilometer?

For 10 kilometers?

Doesn't it really depend on where you are and exactly where you need to go?

I hope this helps you out.

For my personal taste Buriram is definitely the best source.

I guess 80% of the girl who I like and talk to and ask where they come from tell me: Buriram.

Small, brown, petite, lovely.

Buri Ram is not just a city, it's an entire Province and quite a large one at that. One of the poorer provinces but fortunately not too far away from Pattaya. No surprise, that a very large number of Hostesses come from the province of Buri Ram.

As long as living in the village, they resemble Mother Theresa. When going to work in a Tourist hotspot, they undergo a frightening change of character, as soon as they step off the bus.

I observed this "metamorphosis" numerous times. Not sure if I should call them naturally born "chameleons" or they all  simply deserve an "Oscar" for best performing actresses.

Pattaya is a strange place, they would have to act being with a 70yo stranger when they are 25.

So post the answers then. If you have no idea just say so.

No idea where you are, and where you want to go.

Use your brilliant Thai, which I am sure is not Isaan dialect, to see if you can communicate once you are on the ground, with a tuk tuk driver to get yourself from point A to point B

If 300 baht per trip is going to break the bank, stay home for a couple more years until you can save enough money.

They speak Thai as well. My friends are from Udon, KK. No worries with Thai. Strange you dont know this.

I will ask them instead.

Most accurate "small village" life description I have read so far. Congrats.

No village beauty (with no connection to prior Tourist hotspots) will get involved with a Farang unless firm prior commitment(s) were forthcoming by the Farang. = "Loss of face" is still a big thing in a small Thai village.
Any "pick-up" happens in Tourist hotspots, but certainly not in a small Thai village.

Happens in bars in cities.

Yes, in some villages , there seems only to be Children and Grandparents .

There are very few people between the ages of 20 and 50 .

Typically there will be Children living with the Grandparents and everyone else working in the city

What villages have you been to?

Why were you there?

Aside of grape peeling, my wife still insists on cutting up my food anytime we go out to eat.

I have to quietly shoo her away from this habit

Ah yes, I get that too.  She carefully selects the best combination of flavours from the range of Thai dishes on the table, and puts the combo on my spoon.  To be honest, she's really good at it, so I just go with the flow and enjoy the culinary experience.

I thought it was just us - so I'm happy to hear it may be a general Thai Girl thing.

Thanks for your information.

They all told me they come from a small village.

But with all those girls from Buriram I thought the village can't really be so small.

Now finally you opened my eyes where they all come from. ????

I found the Pattaya girls unattractive compared to Phuket. Not my cup of tea.

How many girls did you meet who were born in Pattaya?

Car, house, time. Everyone pays. The rest are just liars.

Then you clearly don't understand the idea of partnership. That's all I'm going to say.

Any further conversation should take place at ground level. Not under a bridge.

So you admit to paying now.

Look at all the married expats in Isaan, bought a house, land, cars, support an extended family. Do the right thing like normal people.

I don't think this is "like normal people".

They just bought a girl for a much higher price than Spark wants to pay. Many met their wife in Pattaya,  anyway.
