Hilary had 30,000 plus classified emails she shouldn't have had but she skated. Hunter Biden has broken the law in many occasions and ... The US can't lecture anyone about the rule of law in future.

"Of the 30,000 emails that the FBI examined, eight were found to contain Top Secret information. Seven of them were about CIA drone strikes, which had been reported in the newspapers (but were still technically classified). The other one was an account of a telephone conversation with the president of Malawi."

If Trump is indeed convicted of espionage, then every long term appointment he made while president, including, but not limited to, Supreme Court justices, should be immediately rescinded.

He hasn't been charged with anything, never mind espionage.

I'm afraid Trump as a rat in trouble is more likely to cause that civil war.

Trump as a rat in trouble is less dangerous IMO than someone with a fistful of nuclear codes; however, you may be right.

Look at the thread title.  We all know he hasn't been charged yet.  He's under investigation.  Many investigations.  Where there's smoke...

The Home Version?

HRC had no TS/SCI docs on her server, yet 45 continually led childish chants of "Lock her up" to all his drooling goobers and brain addled miscreants.

Go back and read the many posts speculating about Trump selling classified info to the Russians or selling them for profit and put the onus on them to back up their conspiracy theories.  I don't see you challenging them, Chomper.  Of course those theories all fit with your accepted narrative of Orange Man bad.  Should I laugh now or later?

There's no predicate identified in the warrant.  Given that fact then how could Politico come up with this statement in their article?

A search warrant viewed by POLITICO reveals that the FBI is investigating Donald Trump for potential violations of the Espionage Act and obstruction of justice laws.

The redacted warrant, which I'm sure everyone has read, reveals no such thing.  The article itself uses the qualifier "potential" when referring to the Espionage Act.  In other words, so far it's all speculation thus far.

Anyone who wants to get excited over this specultation then go knock yourselves out.  Again, wake me up when this story pans out per it's sensational headline.

Its all speculation Tipp! The whole Trump hating world are  are goin nuts!

Getting pretty desperate, are we?  Hillary, Hunter, Nancy....5555  I'm starting to sense desperation from Trump and his supporters.  May I offer some classic words of advice....

So Walker88 earns over $400,000 per year? I want to be his best friend.

And you believe they won't come after anyone earning less than 400,000? Fun fact: most audits are on people who earn less than 25,000 at least according to the IRS factbook.

Lol, enjoy your IRS audits.

Not even sure what you are getting at, unless it's an admission that 45 weaponized the IRS, as he did by the 'absolute coincidence' of both Comey and McCabe being selected for audit in the same year.

Frankly, I guess I should be proud that I earn enough money and have enough wealth to be considered for audit, though I only had the pleasure once during an 8-figure year. I would feel really bad if, like most of 45 supporters, I was a low-earning, poorly educated, mentally challenged loser Incel on SSDI and from one of those parasite Red States who are the biggest takers from the Federal trough.

Pelosi’s exercising her first amendment rights. I thought the radical right championed the first amendment rights. Moreover the speech which was one of many copies of ex-President and not archival and therefore not an official document. Good try at whataboutism anyway.

I'm not a Trump supporter. I just don't like to see injustice. He has been persecuted since 2015 while democrat lawbreakers just get away with obvious crimes. I'm also sad that the USA, the once beacon of freedom and the rule if law, is being destroyed by the irrational hatred expressed by the beltway grifters. The rest of the world sees this and rejoice that the US is becomming a lawless rogue state. You evidently hate the US and are celebrating with them, I don't and I'm not.

Lordy.  I hope you understand that everyone who starts a post with "I'm not a Trump supporter....".....well, we all know that you are.  Just own it.

As for the rest of your comments, it's apparent you've spent a lot of time on right wing websites.  Up to you, of course.  But us normal people don't agree with your sentiments.

There's an awful lot of evidence that's out in the public domain. The endless lying, the Mueller investigation evidence (which certainly did not exonerate Trump of wrongdoing), the January 6th committee evidence, tax and banking records in New York, Georgia election officials sworn testimony and recorded phone calls documenting Trump's behavior, the "top secret" documents seized during the execution of the search warrant at Mar-al-Lago. There's a clear pattern of conduct, more than enough evidence to draw conclusions about his character and integrity.

First off, the issue would be rate of audits. Given that there are a lot more people earning less than 25,000 than there are earning more than $400,000 that does make a kind of sense. But keep in mind that audits dropped dramatically for the rich as congress starved the IRS of funding. Here's some info from the GAO how audit rates declined from 2010 t0 2019. They declined by over 70%!

" On average, the audit rate for these returns decreased from 0.9 percent to 0.25 percent. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) officials attributed this trend primarily to reduced staffing as a result of decreased funding. Audit rates decreased the most for taxpayers with incomes of $200,000 and above."

https://www.gao.gov/products/gao-22-104960

And the reason audit rates for those lower income earners declined less is that the process is much more automated. To tackle the complications of a wealthy person income, you need actual people.

I have read that there's some extreme sensitive confidential documents found in Donald's safe , documents that contain the most private and sensitive material you cam imagine .

Actually, they are so private and sensitive , that they cannot tell us what it actually is that they contain and cannot even tell us the subject

The content is so private and sensitive , they can not tell us what it is .

And we are going to have to wait for 50 years until the records are made public , that's how private and sensitive the information is

I'm not concerned about VP Harris. I am concerned about the mental health of some posters on this thread.
