Blackpink’s Lisa dazzles at ‘Crazy Horse’ in Paris

Blackpink member Lisa has given her first performance at the famous “Crazy Horse” venue in Paris, France. On September 28, Thailand-born Lisa made history by becoming the first K-pop artist to perform on the renowned French cabaret stage, according to Business Times online.

 

During the performance, Lisa, wearing a beanie, appeared alongside bewigged dancers. Unlike some performers, however, Lisa chose not to go topless. Fellow Blackpink members Rosé and Jisoo were in the audience out of friendship and support for Lisa, according to reports on September 29.

 

Lisa is scheduled to give five performances at ‘Crazy Horse’, with the final performance today (Saturday).

 

There has been speculation for months that Thailand-born Lisa Manoban might break away from the group and pursue a solo career. According to South Korean media reports, Lisa’s new contract offer is worth 50 billion South Korean won ($37.6 million).

I'm going to guess she's the top earner from Buriram. $37.6 million likely tops the Buriram women who instead ended up on Walking Street.

 

Good for her. I hope she enjoys the ride and doesn't become a victim of K-Pop stardom.
