scene-rls dot net gets it first. Use the dropa source and you can get it it for free.

Why anyone uses torrents anymore is beyond me...

Watched The Creator last night. About a 7 and definitely watchable. Ignore all the “woke“ complaints in the 2023 thread. It's a typical sci-fi movie in the old way like pre-marvel ones.

I love Stremio. Torrents without downloading files.

Boy Swallows Universe, limited series, 7 eps, Netflix, from the Trent Dalton novel, 1980s Brisbane criminal world, great mullets.

I guess it would be of special interest to Giddyup....or any other Oz that lived in Brisbane in that era.

One of the most corrupt police forces ever (I am saying that while I live in Thailand)

I read the book some time back---Sort of True story. People like Slim Halliday (played by Bryan Brown) was an escape artist from Bogga rd Prison. Some of the other  character's...a bit of a stretch.

Netflix wanted to shoot this in LA, but in the end it was done locally around Brisbane. Its upset a few locals of that time....

Why anyone downloads files, which are more subject to viruses when you can stream.

1923, first season, consisting of multiple parallel running storylines. Look forward to the second season which most likely fills in the missing second half of the first season.

Was looking forward to a new season (4) of True Detective, but episode one was as dull as dishwater, gave up half way. Likewise Monsieur Spade with Clive Owen.

I too gave up on Spade.

I really enjoyed the first 3 season of True detective...... from memory they did all sort of start slow, haven't had a chance to look at Number 4 yet

I dunno. Season 2 started slow and I gave up on it too quickly. It has many detractors.

A few years later, I gave it another shot and decided it was really pretty good. Characters had some reality and depth (relatively), weren't just grotesques; atmospheric & stylish; good acting and interaction/tension between the characters. Rachel McAdams, ah. I've thought about watching it again.

Difficult to keep up the high standards set by season 1 , season 2 was a little slow but picked up and season 3 was a cracker !!

I class True Detective in the same way as Fargo, which was superb until season 4 but then redeemed itself with season 5 .

All imho of course.

I had downloaded a movie called, "Leave The world Behind" a while back and finally decided to watch it. Although there were some minor twists and turns in it, just enough to keep me interested, the ending was, IMO, pathetic!

Have still not understood the ending and even going online to one of those websites which explains the endings of various movies, I got no satisfaction.

I also watched "Napoleon" the other night and I thought it was very good, although it did skip certain sections of Napoleon's life, for example what happened to his second "child" wife and a few other aspects of his life/reign. All the same, I enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone else who fancies watching it.

Of course it is directed by Ridley Scott, so that should make a few avid movie watchers take note.
