Hi Flying, I have done around 10 homes, mostly mine. Have done a couple for clients that bought homes from me but I do not do this as a business, I'm an amateur, I'd never class or call myself a designer or interior decorator, just enjoy doing it. I have learned my mistakes and enjoyed improving on the next home. The large Thai timber home I sold and the rest I rent out, including the new pic's. I do everything from simple construction alterations to interior decoration and gardens. Bye

villagefarang Posted November 22, 2010 Author Posted November 22, 2010 Surely there must be someone else with a newly finished house to share with us. Doesn't even have to be new. How about a new addition to an old house.
guzzi850m2 Posted November 28, 2010 Posted November 28, 2010 My house in Pattaya. Very close to Bangkok/Pattaya hospital. Near Pattaya downtown but very quiet which suits us fine.
phutoie2 Posted November 29, 2010 Posted November 29, 2010 Our abode in the country, designed it myself on the back of a beer mat!, and the Tessabaan architect drew up some proper plans. Local builders (farmers - come diy ers) built it and finished in January 2008. Wife has had it re-painted in what I call the liquorice allsorts scheme.
phutoie2 Posted November 29, 2010 Posted November 29, 2010 Some of our neighbours house's. Now I have lived over here several years my favourite is the wooden one on stilts and I wished I had gone down that road. My wife has a little bit of farming land down in Sa Kaew province so maybe one day. PS;- luckily for me our local charcoal burners house is some distance away!!
villagefarang Posted November 29, 2010 Author Posted November 29, 2010 Thank you guzzi and phuto, for your greatly appreciated additions. Again, thanks for showing us your homes and even your neighbour's.

You might have better luck with pricing information if you send Rick private message. Agree that he has a nice looking house there in Chiang Mai.
