His group had an altercation, it doesn't mean he was brawling. We have no idea at this stage.

 

The tourist police mentality in these cases can be just arrest everyone and then piece together what happened via CCTV.

 

Don't blame him for being unwilling to be cuffed, especially if he did nothing wrong and considering what is on the line for him.
