Bar workers, owners and local musicians took to the streets of Hua Hin on Tuesday (July 7) to protest against the ongoing shutdown of nighttime entertainment venues.

Those who joined the protest held placards which called on the authorities to speed up the vaccine rollout in Hua Hin, as well as demanding financial support from the government.

The protest comes as bars and pubs have been ordered closed to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

If you zoom in, you will see that the legs are full of hair, could it be time for a visit to the  Opthalmologist's office, preferably a female one ?

As they passed I heard them chanting :

Us hookers , united ,

Will never be de meated '

Yeah right, like anyone listen to bar girls and their plight, i don't think anyone even respect them enough to pay attention to their grievances...

Even if they did reopen I won't go out until I get vaxed. Should have gotten my first yesterday but who knows when?

It thought they would say "No honey, no money"...????

Are they generally registered as self employed or work directly for the bar?

I'm sure they should be entitled to some sort of relief based on the taxes they have previously paid? or are most of the employees on the books?

Do you mean that she is an asteroid (sea star)  or she works at the Starfish bar near the Hilton ?

The #MeFirst campaign is still going along nicely I see...

she I miss Hua Hin.

theyll have to get an honest job in future ,no more bar work for 10years

While I sympathise with their situation, I'd suggest a bit of weight loss would not go astray.

I take it NCC avoids one position of congress.

Isaan sends some of her best to Phuket.  We wish them well.  But there’s plenty of work on the farms now.

Starfish Bar has the best toilet in the whole Bintabaht area.  And 18 year-old Macallan.  Was one of my favourite stops of the evening.

I think he meant the one with the green sign.  I hope so anyway.

Why not go to Phuket where the bars are still open?

Billions?  Do you have credible source for this? I do not agree that these filthy brothel bars with cheap decor plastic uncomfortable chairs are money makers you claim. Instead, they are cause of social rot and crime. The profit maker for tourism sector are hotels and resorts and the tours and activities purchased by guests.

You have to publish some pictures of the people you support.

No pictures - it didn't happen. ????
