Could there be there some underlying hatred of foreigners by a "working girl" After drinking, she 4 beers, myself 750 ml wine in my condo in Jomtien  All I said was the girls that work at 711 make 400 baht/day. She is a farmers girl, no education so maybe she resents these 711 girls making easy money relative to farm/factory work. Well she then started getting upset , face, voice  , I stand up  to walk away and she spits at legs saying something about foreigners coming here and buying people ? *. Then she grabs a chair and takes a swing at me. So since my only option is defensive (otherwise an hour later the police are at door with her with bloody lip) I try to restrain her and we both fall onto bed where she squirms loose, jumps up and kicks me in head. Then she picks up a beer bottle . So its getting serious now and this time I grab her wrists and restrain her in body lock  until she calms down a little . Then I pay her for services (before the blow up) got her out of condo and she is yelling as she walks away. There is no way I deserved this attack. So que the thai girl psychologists here. Any theories on why this happened ?  * She is a part time" working girl" : By the way I have had previous sessions with this girl ( mid 40;s) a little rowdy sometime but never like this. And one more thing _ the less you say to a thai girl who has been drinking the better. They/she can get very twisted about seemingly nothing. So again : what is this about?? 

None of my 'girls' have ever done this. Maybe it was YOU and not all foreigners she didn't like.

Get a life and respect others is my suggestion....

If people weren't selling themselves (including her apparently) how could foreigner be coming here and buying them? And this isn't limited to foreigners because there are just as many that strictly seel themselves to Thai men. Not sure I understand or accept her point of view....

This is not true of Thai women in general, but this behaviour and short fuse may just be true of ‘some people’ in general (from any nationality)... When associating with someone who has such limited options in life, pressures and frustrations may bubble to the surface more readily and be triggered by otherwise harmless or innocuous comments or actions. 

 

In short - you encountered a nutter. Just steer clear in future.

Think she found you really annoying.  Maybe take a look at your attitude and the way you talk/treat other people?

2. Might be better to take them to a cheap hotel. That way they don't know where you live and if they kick off, it's not your furniture that gets damaged.

It would appear that you wanted to have a conversation, and perhaps with the language barrier she thought you were putting her down, e.g. she thought you were saying something on the lines of girls at 7/11 make 400 baht a day, and you a working girl (put down), not saying you said that or suggested it, but how she read what you were saying.

 

Thank your lucky stars she has shown you her true colours early, some guys are unfortunate and end up marrying them or have long term relationships and it is harder to end, for financial reasons of course.

 

The above said, you ended up with a faulty product, not through any fault of your own, perhaps you should try the girls at 7/11 in the meantime, that or pay a little more attention to the product your wanting to take back to yours, not a good idea, short time places are the way to go, she goes her way and you go yours.

Really good point I never bring them to my room unless I know them well.

Spending even 1000 b for a decent room is just cheap insurance.

Some would argue 12 hours in a 7/11 for 400 baht is a lot harder than 1000 baht for a few free beers, a probable free meal, a sleep and a bit of rumpty

I have never been whit "bar" or "working" girl in Thailand. Actually 3 times in my hole life once in Helsinki, Tallinn and Frankfurt. If not counting buying girl a drink is buying sex! I love chase dont want so easy case even yes man always pay way or other. This human wreck obviously doing what she dont want to do. And if give maybe 50 kilogram size woman 4 beer (and like Britman say maybe jaba in head already) what you can expect!

most of the girls are emotional train wrecks. do you really think they want to be doing this?
