finally someone with balls to go public with this well known information.....

I am forced to be in a sand box area hotel for for  7 days(30K baht) but I live in Thailand have visa and have a house in sand box area,,,

So, why am I not being allowed to stay in my house for 7 days before travelling anywhere else in Thailand ?.....

Because you are considered a tourist and a reputable tourist does not own a house in Thailand and must go to a hotel. If you own a home you are against the law and could go to jail and finish your vacation.

Why did you choose Thailand ? No replay I know ????

Thailand hasn't shot it's self in the foot, it's shot it's self in both feet.

But aren’t they all so good at that here !

Something strange in all this.
There are no tourists and the hotels are empty due to the Pandemic.
But if you try to find a hotel in Pattaya or Jomtien via Booking.com or Pagoda.com, everything is FULL!!!!

The only arrivals are not true tourists at all. Just business people, property owners or those with families.

Surprise... NOT

Finally someone speaking the truth. I have lots of friends in England ,who would have come for a genuine holiday but  were put off by the all the hassles of the pass system and have planned to go elsewhere for Christmas and the New Year. There are too many clueless people making up different rules and regulations week after week.
