I'm pretty sure it would.  To convict someone of a crime you must prove they did the thing and they knew, or a reasonable person would know, that what they were doing was wrong.

 

If, for some reason outside of the persons control, they genuinely believe that they were having sex with a consenting adult female, it is unlikely that they would be convicted.

"Getting away with it" suggests someone is guilty.  I have no idea if someone could have sex with a horse and then convince a court that they did not know what they were doing.

 

If they genuinely believed, for whatever reason, that they were having sex with a consenting adult female, that could obviously be used as a defence.  They might need some proof though.

I had a real problem a while back with ED and nothing seemed to help. After many consultations with the doctor they seemed to link it with cleanliness, as in if i personally felt poorly groomed or unwashed then it affected my self confidence and i could not get it up. Obviously that is easily solved as can shower before sometimes, but it was an issue when i was out on all day sessions or working all day and going directly out.

 

The solution for those days i found worked was as part of my morning routine of shave, shower and <deleted>, that i pop a small condom on (over cock and balls)  in the morning and there wear my tight briefs. That way come the end of the day i could pop to the bathroom before hitting the bars and wip the condom off and be squeaky clean and ready to roll.
