Everyone obviously don't realize, the term "South African" refers to a descendant of a "Brit Immigrant"  the other Caucasians are "Afrikaaners " of Dutch descent, re the Boer War!

I thought it simply meant all those coming from the country of South Africa?

Do they issue multiple categories of passport?

Westerners just enjoying them selves and having a fight , a good old punch up with no weapons

Well done to both parties for not killing anyone .

Yes, at least when indigenous Brits have a barny it's unusual for a weapon to be used, it's normally just a punch-up. It'll become a lesser problem in future though, because the way things are going back there, we appear to be a dying breed.

Could leave their nationalities out of headline ?

... ' drunks in punch up on Bangla '

... ' hooligans make fools of themselves '

... ' 2 groups of adults, that can't handle alcohol '

... ' yet, another quality tourist disturbance on Bangla '

... ' results of more alcohol and longer opening hours '

... ' a study of ... why you don't make eye contact with drunks '

... ' just another night on Bangla '

... ' quarter finals of international world punch up league '

I would have thought the incident involving the THAI police Officer and the Thai border guard having a shootout at a Thai restaurant over the affections of a Thai waitress working there, which resulted in one being shot in the leg and the other being shot in the head would have been more newsworthy.

Correct, but we have to keep giving the Brit Bashers some fodder, don't we?

Really?

If the Brits didn't have guns at Rorke's Drift, the Zulus would have speared the lot of them.

"if"- the most conditional qualifier which causes us to concern ourselves with the consequential suffering which is anethema to all Buddhists. The Martini Henry rifles used by the British were not without fault - a breech loading single shot rifle used cardboard wrapped cartridges which were notorious for sweating and expanding in hot environments, causing the weapon to jam. Tactics on defending their position were responsible for the withdrawal of the Zulus. Many brave men "on both sides"

Foreign volunteers were seen meditating and consoling some foreign men near the east side of Bangla Road.

Breathe deeply, close you eyes & see your fist smashing into his face"

Breathe out slowly, let the anger build,

Breathe Deeply and clench your fist and set your jaw tight

Hold that breathe>>

Congratulations, this has to be "virtue signalling" of epic proportions.

If not,it is the most pathetic answer to a post i have ever read.

Phuket seems to be getting a lot of  bad press lately

Brits Russians  now South Africans fighting or involved in other offences

The list goes on

Does not make good reading for the family tourists  thinking of going to Phuket

And relaxing 😱

I thought all the Brits who stayed for the match were speared and disemboweled somewhat

I guess the South Africans are still sore at you Brits inventing the concentration camps and letting/murdering 18-20,000 of the Boets, mainly children die and as many S Africans.

Nice legacy, just one of their many worldwide atrocities, for the Brts.

The Brits had guns at Islandwana, didn't help them there.

I think most Boers were of Dutch origin.

So you think the British were fighting white South Africans at Rourke's Drift?

Let's rewrite history then, shall we?
