Why all the negativity?
Like it, or possibly, as my old Dad used to say "Better to remain quiet and be thought a fool, than to speak and remove all doubt" -

Starmer Defends Decision to Deny Compensation for Waspi Women Amid Backlash
It appears to be you focusing on refugees. My point was about Cooper's smug, self satisfied grin as she pretends to be a nice person while stabbing people like the WASPI women in the back. -

Thai father battles absent mum for son’s 2 million baht insurance
I hope they make her come back and shame her publicly for this. She’s not his mother, she just carried the baby and then left. She’s not should have No rights. She didn’t even come to the hospital or funeral. This is one sick woman. -

Is there anything good about getting old?
Definately don't enjoy the thought of getting older and this has always been the case. I've lived an incredible life and always stayed extremely fit. Had some terrible accidents but I recovered from those with steadfast perseverance and not listening to doctors. Take control of your life now and the future will be fine regardless of anxieties of getting old. Every decade has been better than the last and currently almost 60 and happier than ever. Sure I worry about 70 but confident I'll be fine. I'm hoping for that final health issue to be a cliff type of decline. Imagine myself saying to a friend at the hospital on my death bed - remember just last year when I ran a marathon and we celebrated at the pub afterward? Now look at my bag of bones I call my body. -

Why all the negativity?
Yep, I agree with all of what you have said. Though I haven't given up yet, but I'm sure many wish that I would because they simply can't take what I have to say. Truth smacks hard for some! Maybe a bit too hard...
