The Royal Thai Police are clearly under pressure in the latest damaging story about corruption in the ranks.

This concerns allegations that two senior policemen were using official aircraft to transport bootleg liquor from Hat Yai to in the south to the Thai capital Bangkok.

It came to light on the page of "Patibatkarn Maa Fao Baan" and had been going on in 2018.

Years later case is still under investigation by the National Anti-Corruption Commission, reported INN.

Yesterday reporters asked deputy RTP inspector Lt-Gen Sarawut Kanphanich about the case and were given a terse no comment reply.

He said it was not his responsibility.

Passing the buck completely he said the press should ask inspector  Lt-Col Visanu Prasatthongosot as he would be able to provide more clarity.

Seems like utilising government resources for personal profit has taken flight across the organisation

Royal Thai Police.... we have to respect them but are the worth to be respected???? Respect is something you have to deserve and I don't see in their actions always that they are just acting like legalized criminals

Today they have much typos in the news!

This clearly should have been, "passing the bottle" and "provide more detailed information about the nest delivery"
