Pfizer side effects

Featured Replies

I have 2 relatives in Canada just over 70 who received Pfizer shots in Canada over 6 months ago. Both got these symptoms after the vaccine.

Bradycardia

Loss of balance

Seeing black and white on one eye for a short period of time.

I know some expats received donated Pfizer vaccines. Do any of you have these symptoms?

Symptom of Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis, an immune mediated disease that’s considered part of Multiple Sclerosis.

This is a curious thing.

Bradycardia is not recognized as a side effect from the Pfizer vaccine, see link below.

This could be that it’s so rare that it doesn’t reveal itself in the data.

This gives rise to the conditional probability problem.

Probability of person A suffering rare side effect given that person B suffers that side effect.

I'm not talking about symptoms after the vaccine. These symptoms showed after a month or two.

What possible use is it to raise this issue in this forum? There are scads of medical statisticians combing VAERS and similar raw data aggregates and looking for unusual frequencies of various symptoms. Given that there are lots of people with an agenda to undermine confidence in the vaccine and given that they are anonymous, this seems like an oppurtunity for them to participate.

You do realize this is a public forum where all are welcome, even you.

And you think that you are going to get useful information or corroboration from a website where the contributors are anonymous? Links like the one offered by Chomper Higgot above actually are authoritative and obviously lead to the kind of websites that actually will offer reassurance or, perhaps, in the case of some symptoms, not. But looking for that here makes no sense at all.

And questioning the validity of comments and questions is not allowed because to some people's  way of thinking, that equates to hostility?

I'm a cross country runner with a few beers after. All the above sounds to me like a normal Saturday/Sunday.

Take some comfort in the knowledge that the vaccine has greatly reduced the probability of your two 70+ relatives dying a horrible death from this wretched disease.

And not just that. But about symptoms that pop up months afterwards. That's far different than symptoms appearing within 48 hours of the injection. If those 2 relatives did experience such symptoms, it makes a lot more sense to look at possible similarities in the way they live or genetics, rather than looking for a connection to vaccination.

What do you mean by the way they live?

Felt knackered for 48 hours, but there again I got vaccinated unexpectedly and I'd been doing a lot of exercise (ran every day for 10 days).

Yes, dizziness has been reported on these forums.

I have spoken to highly credible people who reported extremely vigorous symptoms, but most suffer little or no side effects.

Luck of the draw I guess.

Second dose is often reported as being the worst.

Like 50% of people then, and most of the rest suffer mild transient symptoms.

Similar lifestyles. Diet, exercise etc..

Same as a colleague of mine.

I had no symptoms with either shot.

I am 65, almost 66, years young.

A few hours after first Pfizer shot mild headache and stomach cramps - 5 weeks ago..

No side-effects after second Pfizer shot - 2 weeks ago..

It's known that you'll have some flu feeling after the second Jab.

No worries, next day it's gone.

So why are you associating the symptoms with the vaccination? It seems to me that you are saying that these things happened because of the vaccination. Could they not have happened whether they were vaccinated or not?

This his one hell of an association.
