Quite enjoyed Memories of a Murderer - The Nilsen Tapes, I would have been in my late teens/early twenties at the time & it's funny how I don't remember Nilsen anywhere near as much as I do Sutcliffe (Yorkshire Ripper) - But I guess that's because there was no real manhunt for him... He was just caught & then everything he did came out in the press.

I didn’t see this about, The Nielsen tapes, I just worked out that it’s a Netflix production, the BBC with be airing it towards the end of the month.

This what I wrote originally.

'Bay is now on series 3. An English production, crime drama  set in the Northern town of Morecombe. Worth a watch.'

I think that's sufficient information to allow people to explore the subject more. What more can I do? Watch it for them too? lol

The series is listed here: https://thetvdb.com/series/the-bay-2019

Also listed here: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt8425404/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_0

Both show title as "The Bay"  . Both S01 and S02 can be found on TPB

Back OT: I really enjoyed "The Innocent Man" which is based on John Grisham's only non-fiction book... absolutely shocking what happened to those guys...

I missed this when it debuted - finished it last night.

Police out to 'fight crime, making a difference - again' 555, DA a lying scumbag who should be in jail himself.

Give the defense 150 pages, total case file 800 pages !

Most exculpatory !!!

A criminal justice system who locked up the wrong man, set his conviction aside, and he is STILL in jail !!!

Mustn't forget Steve Avery. Convicted of a crime and exonerated after 18 years due to DNA. Then gets stitched up for another crime by the same people who stitched him up previously.

Just tried it and it downloads, albeit a bit slow.

Tried them all, none will download for me. Tried using other torrent sites, same thing. Strange, because the series isn't that old.

The Crime of the Century

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt14055432/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1

went to market as a moderate pill for chronic pain sufferers, complete with a succinct, misleading seal of approval from the Food and Drug Administration. Purdue then aggressively marketed OxyContin to doctors across the country as a safe prescription for chronic pain sufferers, although company never held clinical trials to demonstrate that OxyContin was less addictive or likely to be abused than any other opioid

Weak minded unfit junk ingesting foolish pill popping hypochondriacs not to blame at all then ! take drugs only for immediate pain relief….

What if the pain is ongoing? I agree a lot of people (junkies) were just looking for another high, but there must have been a percentage of genuine cases that got hooked through no fault of their own.

Topic is WHAT is recommended to watch not HOW to watch it.

Title & Short Sentence Justification. That’s It. Folk to find it themselves.

Rotten Tomatoes Minimum Rating 65% suggested for any offering.

No Illicit Streaming Source Technical Detail & No Inevitable Service Complaints……please . Low Standard for many of these Obscure Shows.

Peoples Time is Valuable. Plenty of Quality /Top Rated Shows to suggest.

Use proper legal reliable streaming.Netflix Amazon Disney Apple etc.

High Popularity of Gangster Glorification shows quite sickening although they can of course be compelling, e.g. Evil receiving Justice.

Agree but Cause needs addressing not Symptoms.

Drugs appear designed for permanent use and certainly obstruct bodily self- healing.

Doctors appear to prescribe only Drug or Surgery not Nutrition.

Documentary “What the Health” showed typically huge Americans taking 15-20 meds each day which they entirely dropped after switching to plant- based Diet with moderate Exercise.

Two series on BBC iplayer that were not bad.

'The Tourist'

I think it's a remake about a guy who loses his memory in a car crash.

And

'Vigil'

Drama about the UK nuclear deterrent in Scottish waters.

First class presentation addressing topic . Title . Précis. Source. That’s All .

I have a question for the very helpful folk here on this thread, who have helped quite a few times in the past, and I'm looking for help again!!

It's a doco about a survey/expedition in Antarctica, where they drill through the ice using some sort of heat/steam generator...........that's all I know about it because I watch the BBC World News and in between the breaks in the news there is often a clip which looks like it is promoting this documentary regarding the Antarctica, and includes a BBC reporter or scientist. and so on.

The commentator/scientist on this clip is shown in front of an aeroplane which has landed on the ice, and he also comments on the fact that he didn't expect to be spending five weeks camping on the ice! But can I find it anywhere, no chance, and despite a few similar documentary type things, I just have not found this one, so I'm reaching out to those folk here to see if they can help.

I have looked on the BBC World News website but I can't locate it – – any suggestions please folks?

I can tell you that it's not part of the/a David Attenborough series, and I think it was made just recently.

FOUND IT.........................about 29 mins long and very interesting

I have been following "Britannia" TV show, but completely missed the release of Season 3 last year. Enjoyed the first two seasons very much, so very happy to find that all 3 seasons are now uploaded to our friendly Bulgarian tracker, and probably most others.  Quoting from https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/19685/britannia

"The story is set in 43 A.D. and charts the Roman invasion of what would become Great Britain. The determined, yet terrified, Roman Imperial Army returns to crush the Celtic heart of Britannia, a mysterious land ruled by wild warrior women and powerful druids who can channel the forces of the underworld." Looks like another binge.
