I guess we need to hear his side of the story but I hope he's not DUI

 

At 88 he shouldn't still be driving.

At 88 the fact that he can still pee freely is mighty impressive!

This is similar to a incident a few weeks back. at least nobody died this time.

Thanks to the lax road safety regulations their are a lotto expat/retirees driving around certain towns who probable shouldn't be driving at all.

that's an unfortunate generalisation. There should however be a system in place for proving you are fit to drive.
