I think that there is more to it, but yes, it is possible.  Other things to take into consideration is women are busy making carreers, families can't afford a lot of kids, and the old Thai style of raising kids where Grandparents looked after the kids and the oldest child looked after grandparents is no longer effective.

 

Though you have to give the teens credit they are doing their best unfortunately to add to the birth rate, teen pregnancies are on the rise again up 47% in 2021.  It is such a problem that the government has mandated that schools have to keep thee girls in classes.

 

The challenge is not just here but also in the rest of the world

This post is very sad and suspect. 

Sometimes I have to give thanks, that I enjoy simple, healthy sex, in a totally consensual manner. This world is so full of crazies (not making any judgment on non straight sex, or other choices, just thankful for the simplicity my choice brings) that need to receive or inflict pain and suffering, play bizarre games, or need some form of deviancy, that is demeaning to the other party. 

 

My guess is that the accusation against foreigners is bogus. Deviants and miscreants come in all shapes, nationalities, and races. Violence perpetrated upon women is never justified. It is deplorable behavior, conducted by half men.

There's North American Indians with many diverse tribes, languages and cultures; and there's Asian Indian. Heritage of each is widely different. 

"US heritage" is even most diverse as so many foreign nationalities of immigrants over 250 years became part of the American "melting pot."

Minor points but it would have been professional of the editorials to discern what exactly was meant.
