Yes, Hamas is barbarically violating international law.

That doesn't mean that Israel hasn't made violating international law its constant and enduring practice as well.

When will Hamas be held accountable for their violations  of international law ?

They cannot really complain if Israel responds to war crimes committed by the Palestinians , if no ones going to hold them to accountable for their actions  .

Palestinians  murdered Israeli citizens , Woman and Children included , they cannot complain  about any response to their war crimes

For that matter, when will Israel be held accountable for its violations?

Shooting and killing unarmed civilians is a war crime .

Israeli military killed unarmed civilians and children in their last invasion of Gaza.

As you say it is a war crime, but not one Israeli has been prosecuted for it. Even when they murdered an unarmed reporter no Israeli soldier has been charged.

https://www.npr.org/2023/05/11/1175403626/palestinian-american-journalist-shireen-abu-akleh-was-killed-a-year-ago

A year ago today, Palestinian American journalist Shireen Abu Akleh was killed while doing her job, reporting in the West Bank.

................................

A new report from the group says at least 20 journalists have been killed by Israeli military fire since 2001. And it says, quote, "to date, no one has been held accountable."

Collective punishment and building illegal settlements on Palestinian land is illegal.

Cutting electricity to all of Gaza is collective punishment and is IMO illegal under international law

Every single one of 7,000 rockets launched by the terrorist organisation Hamas, was fired indiscriminately at a civilian population with the aim of killing as many innocent civilians as possible; do you consider that collective punishment, or illegal under international law …. didn’t think so

Who is responding to who seems to be a very subjective matter - is Israel responding to Hamas’s attack or is Hamas responding to Israel’ land theft and oppressive occupation?

Are you saying the the Israeli government should be judged by the same standards as a terrorist outfit such as Hamas?

I’m dumbfounded that the mossad dident catch wind of an operation of this size that beeing said the Palestinians will rue this day the Israeli will absolutely crush them and quickly to 2 to 3 days max

I wonder how Hamas got the funding for this well-coordinated attack….

That case has been referred to to the International Criminal Court for Judgement , will the current Palestinian murders also be judged by the I.C.C ?

Cutting electricity to all of Gaza is collective punishment and is IMO illegal under international law, but Israel has been flouting that for decades with it's illegal occupation and land theft.

Palestinians bombing the power station that supplied Gaza with electricity was the cause of Gaza having their electricity  cut off

IMHO ... Since Israel has broken almost every peace agreement they've signed, and ignored 100s of UN Resolution against them, (more than all other countries combined) I'm leaning toward the Palestinians being in the right.

IMHO only, but what they do to the Palestinians, many would consider a campaign of geocide, which I happen to agree with.

Palestinians launched an attack on Israel with the intention  of killing as many Israelis as possible and that equates to Israel committing genocide of the Palestinians ?

Google ‘genocide’ because you obviously have no idea whatsoever as to the meaning of the word; however, as an obvious apologist for terrorism, that hardly surprises me.

That "Genocide " isn't going too well is it .

Many Countries have a declining population and the Palestinians  have an increasing population

Egyptian authorities  do like wise , they also have a closed border with Gaza , so the Egyptians are also committing genocide ?

Why did Palestinians launch an attack on Israel?

One more victim identified .

The lower photo is of her in the back on a truck after being murdered and her copse being desecrated and spat upon whist they were shouting "Allah Ahkbar" .

She was attending a musical peace festival when she got taken

r/AskMiddleEast - Hopefully you guys remember that there are real people behind the casualty numbers and that there are a lot of families and people being hurt.
