If the USA voters elect this criminal again, then the USA is the LoS again for me - the Land of Stupids. LoS is proven already by the fact, that a man with a high minority of votes can be elected as POTUS as it happened in 2016. Incredible stupid and not a democratic style!

 

And don't let me talk about the fact, that a POTUS can decide, who is the judge in the highest court of a  democratic country. The party membership seems to be more important than a member with neutral knowledge of the law. The judicary the 3rd power in a state? How ridiculous in the USA.

The US isn't a Democracy per se, It's a constitutional republic and the founding fathers determined that a majority vote for POTUS was not a good idea. Don't like it, amend the constitution.

 

The POTUS does not decide who is a judge on SCOTUS. He nominates and the Senate decides.
