Sorry, but I am struggling to find the relevance in the above sentence. When you apply for these visa are you asked if you intend to walk butt naked in public? If you answer yes, your visa is refused?

A few yrs ago they was a photo i think round cnx making the social media papers.a  man naked on a scooter driving thru the city.It probadly made a few people laugh at the time,,here is another story for the album

It's funny that the example above from a similar story describes housekeeping sending a male member to sort out the problem with another male 'member'.
