Honestly, it is getting boring. If you like to cheat yourselves, fine, but you don't need to show your complete incompetence every other day.

Thanks for your (only) contribution.

So using the other Link for Thailandintervac.com is not to be used anymore.  Does that mean those of us that were successful in getting an appointment registered before we were supposed to as expats.

  • So the website for 60+ and those with comorbidities, which was launched on 7 June and which does not work, will now be swamped by another website?   As I noted in the thread about this site

  • I was able to complete registration yesterday with no issues at all. Perhaps the issue is 18 inches from the screen? ????

What do you put under "Organisation"

Maybe try "filthy Falang".

I put "monger".  Sailed through got my appt. in a few weeks.

Joking of course.  Just try "retired" worked for me.

I'm over 60 and registration completed. But still try to make appointment for vaccination. Any vaccine and hospital I choose not one date is come to book

Could anybody book a date on the over aged 60?

May I suggest a bit of cheating?

The registration site don't know where you live, so select:

Bangkok

Pratum Wan

Lumpini

Then: Medpark Hospital

They have 350 slots/day

erm, than you have to travel to Bangkok!

What about expats living up country? ☹️

A friend of mine just walked in the the nearest public hospital and registered. He will be getting his first jab on the 15 July.

over 60?

I completed the registration bit, and having PR rather than a visa entered that and it was accepted. Then got to the booking bit. Which hospital.? Choice of 3.............all in Bangkok...........No use to me and could not proceed further.  Just logged off.  Question...Am I at least registered, and will I be told when vaccinations are available in my area?

This gets better and better and more confusing as the days go on.

aka Typical Thailand

"Who designed this damn website? The Monty Python team? "

Please do not insult Monty Python.  I learned the meaning of Life from Monty Python.

I registered on the 0ver 60 web site and all done except no apt.  Just now went to the new site and used my log in information from the over 60 site and was  logged in. Had  all my information. So its all the same data base.

Managed to get as far as the 3 listed hospitals but all are in Bangkok (I'm in Pattaya) and all dates are greyed out. Bangkok Pattaya is on the list but has no vaccines

Does anyone know if Thais can register on that site?

I suspect they can, because the field after passport number is Thai CID (for Thais). I don't know any Thais who have used this site though.

Okay so the good news is that I could register after 2pm, as an under-60 of age healthy person, as per that newly opened process. The bad news is that there's currently zero availability shown for both vaccines at all three hospitals. I'd guess they add that gradually, so I'll just keep checking.

We've been registering since the late May in our neck of the (tourist) woods!

As of yesterday they deleted BPH.

Tried real address selecting all of the three Bangkok hospitals.

Tried cheat address.

Tried Sinovac or Astra Zeneca.

Absolutely no available date shown.

(I had registered earlier for over 60)

Maybe try renting a motocycle taxi drivers vest.

I registered using my phone. The web page, not app, and it worked first time. Around 12:15 noon time.

Android if that is relevant.

Site took ages to load then neither the register or correct your detail before you book buttons worked. Android 10, could it be the ISP?

Sat here in my comfy shack in a small Issan farming village reading all the tails of woe. I never bothered to use one of the tracking apps and most certainly will not bother to register for a vaccine, I will just wait until the miss managed cock up has subsided, bide my time and get a vacation that I choose at my leisure.

Fool me once, shame on you. Not falling for this line of bull again.

Been trying to register for the past half hour after I enter my email & password (twice). Not working.

I haven't been able to get to a hospital choice because the "registration" keeps telling me it is incomplete. When I go back to edit/check details, the system has "dropped" 5 items:

1) Nationality

2) Province

3) District

4) Sub-district

5) Organisation

repeatedly. When I try and re-register it tells me I'm already registered. So I'm both registered and my registration is incomplete. Ergo, I cannot to proceed to make a booking....at any hospital in Bangkok, or choose vax, or choose date, or choose time.

The issue is the information keyed in is not being retained. I have tried Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and yesterday until it closed at 3.00 pm. In between all that time it has had tweaks, so the "faults" vary.

I get exactly the same. I would like to scrub it all and start again but it seems impossible to do that.

Yup, unfortunately. Even using another email address and p/w, once you enter your details, says you're already registered....except, well you're actually not, because you have to reload data, ad nauseam.

One think i can say in their favor, if they don't give you the actual vaccine at least the give you hope and hope as we all know  springs eternal that you just might get it one day...

Hope is not a plan.

But I guess  we can hope that there will be a plan someday.

but fortunately, most people are not as selfish as you
Have you no shame at all.

Selfish?  Not true - Careful, wary, vigilant
No shame?  Not true - Unmoved by peer pressure, capable of independent thought, not a follower

80% of the population will willingly receive vaccinations.
Unless the goalposts are moved, the world will reach its "herd-immunity" at 70% of the population vaccinated, and that's not even counting natural herd immunity from those previously infected.

Many of the 20% who will not get vaccines immediately when they are rolled out are just like myself - they want to see long-term safety data.   Especially people like myself who are capable of reading scientific literature1and understand the ramification.  We are informed, have made a decision based on grounded scientific research, and are not willingly to provide consent to take these new classes vaccines.

If this global exercise in rushed vaccinations goes horribly pear-shaped, then there will at least be a core of humanity left to carry on.

Everyone who wants a shot?  Please get them as soon as possible especially if they make you feel safe.
Speaking of "selfish" and "shameless."  I'm sorry that Thais are cultural xenophobes who have thrown most of you to the back of the line. Very sad.

Agreed. I and my dog will watch this scrum from the sidelines for the next few months.

I feel confident that I'm not missing the opportunity for anything beyond frustration and irritation.
