Same. We are Chiang Mai based and the router showing internet but not receiving any data really confused me! I've never seen that before.

The website, call centers and membership app all appear to be down as well.

This is clearly a major outrage for 3bb.

Try it now.  Everything just went live again.

Samein Chiang Rai. Strange, I run Speedtest and get very quick Ping and also full (fast) upload and download speeds. But normal surfing is painfully slow and mostly time-outs.

I wonder if this has anything to do with them being acquired by AIS?

Well that was fun.  Coffee time!

I've had connection issues this morning (Buriram) from about 6am but seems to be working again now.

the argument is admissible, since you brought it up yourself.

After reading that it seems a major nationwide outage I refrained from trying hotline as thousands may have tried.

Not saying service in general is bad.

careful with praise, sysadm are often themselves the cause of problems hahaha

I understood your message as saying the 1530 hotline is generally useless. I guess others understood it in the same way.

My opinion on their 1530 hotline is that it is quite good, and response to problems generally fast.

Surat Thani its extremely slow and many pages not loading  fast enough so they time out

service is not completely back though.

some websites seem slow and on others only half a picture would load, etc.

Agreed.  I can't reach a couple of sites in the US that I use for music practice.

Some sites come up OK.

Others creepily slow or not opening.

Facebook, youtube and instagram not opening which for many young Thais is equivalent to no internet

Connected to a US VPN server.

Youtube, Instagram and Facebook open OK.

Looks like they're getting ready to switch off Facebook.

Been the same in Rawai, Phuket

Sounds as if AN members are more desperate for internet than the young Thais

Still some issues because unable to get to the Wise login page.

Maybe issue at Wise end?

Edit; Hmm looks like a problem with the crap FF browser because loads instantly in Chrome.

Time to dumb that FF crap

Just come back on here in Surat Thani, back to normal speed

Its big news, Sorayuth just mentioned it on the weekend news.

Any time something like this happens, the little paranoid voice in my head says the powers that be are mucking about, fiddling with nationwide access/control.
