An erratic and unhinged Russian man broke into the Phuket Governor’s office at the Phuket Provincial Hall on Tha Kraeng Road in Talad Nuea, Phuket Town before later trying to steal a motorbike.

The Phuket Provincial Police told the Phuket Express that on Wednesday (January 17th) that the glass door to the Phuket Governor’s (Mr. Sophon Suwannarat)’s office, which is on the 4th floor of the Phuket Provincial Hall building, was found broken.

 

Blood was found on the floor in front of the room. Under the secretary’s desk nearby was found a hammer with a blood stain.

 

The unidentified security guard told police at 2:00 A.M. in the early morning he found a shirtless foreigner hiding on the first floor. He tried to catch him but the foreign man escaped to an upper floor before the guard called the police. Police arrived at the building but were unable to find the foreign man.

It means that the police were unable to find him in that building.  Very easy to understand what was written.

While I'll admit the headline is YET AGAIN misleading, you should really try to read the full story, it is more words to read I hope you can cope ok. Its even in the cover story.

I did but i found the headlne less confusing.

Why not just cut out the middleman and give them 90 days prison on arrival?  :) 

Was at a restaurant last weekend. At another table a russian man was shouting at the people sitting with him. He had injuries on arms and legs as they were covered in bandages. When I looked at him he started to shout at me as well for a good while. Completely unhinged. After a minute of shouting around and posing threatening he went outside and shouted on the road.

 

A few owners in my moo baan were happy about the influx of russian renters. Now two of them already said they wont rent to russians anymore because of the problems they cause.

 

WTF is wrong with these people?

I've got nothing against Russians or Ukrainians, we're all unhinged to a greater or lesser degree. I can imagine that the stress levels felt by both citizens of these two countries must be higher than that for citizens of other countries, we aren't in a position to judge.
