Please link the SOURCE of that assertion.

Strangely enough, during one of my multiple attempts at reloading my unretained data, after I logged in, it came up with the name and passport details of somebody else. Before realising the issue, as soon as I clicked "check eligibility" it disappeared, thankfully.

OMG, well that would be evidence.

Try it.

It's a feature of thaiintervac. Even computer illiterates like me know how to use it. Just hit the back button many times.

You can make new friends that way.

You will know complete name,  date of birth,  address, phone number, passport number.  I called one, he is a nice guy.

I'm not surprised. Some of the early issues users flagged here clearly indicated that this is a pretty shoddy piece of work and that data validation isn't a strong suit of whoever coded it. That usually goes hand in hand with a general lack of web security skills or even awareness.

Nevertheless, I signed up, call it desperation if you want.

60+ not allowed to register even close to fully now they let in 20-30 something teacher's been here a year or two. Makes perfect sense.

This is the government that is thinking about allowing me to buy property. Why would I want to do that? Never. Last straw.

I'm afraid that even making all due allowance for incompetence the only believable explanation is malice!

  • I registered on the original website and it apparently accepted this.
  • Next time I logged on it said "Incomplete data" so I tried re-registering.
  • It had lost my nationality, and part of my address. When I tried to complete the drop down menus did not work.
  • After perhaps 20 different attempts, using several different browsers and different computers, it did let me register.
  • When I attempted to book a date most of the days were not available, for many months!
  • I tried booking on one of the few available dates. I tried with all three hospitals, either vaccine, any time. Not once did it give me an appointment.
  • I tried the laughingly titles "helpdesk" on 1422. No answer even after 15 minutes waiting, listening to ill-chosen music.
  • I tried the number off the internet, 02 590 3000. Nobody picked up even after multiple attempts.
  • My son, who speaks good Thai, phoned up the PhyaThai2 hospital, as the Vimut and Medpark Hospitals did not pick up.
  • They said to come in and they would register me, and give an appointment.
  • So yesterday I drove 200 kilometres to the PhyaThai2 hospital.
  • When I got there I was directed to the "International Section". This was well staffed with at least 6 people, not one of whom spoke the slightest work of English. Luckily my son was with me.
  • They said to use their computer (why would I take on a 400 Km round trip to use their computer? I have a much better computer at home!)
  • Anyway I tried their computer and it was exactly the same, impossible to book an appointment.
  • So I complained to them, and the guy said (in Thai) that he would sort it out. He then disappeared for about 45 minutes. Through the glass wall to the staff area we could see him and his colleagues discussing some clothing, presumably hoping I would go away.
  • After the long wait, a very helpful Myanmar lady appeared. Still not much English but she had a positive attitude, unlike the people in the "international Section". She said that many other people have the same issues, and if I gave her my details she would try to get an appointment for me. She had a big pile of papers with the details of other foreigners. So presumably  she intends to try doing this if and when the website starts working. Anyway she added my details to her long list.
  • And I returned home after a totally wasted day and a 400 km worthless round trip!
  • Now they seem to be saying that Foreigners can register for the vaccine after the 14 June, after previously saying after the 7 June. And if you believe that you will believe anything!

I should say that I am very willing to pay, but I can't find any private hospitals that have the vaccine. If anyone knows of any private hospitals that can do vaccinations I would be very grateful if they could let me know.

As I am 76, overweight, with high blood pressure even after medication, my life is very much at risk without a vaccination.

Write to your Embassy and file a grievance.  I know a lot of people on this forum are going to chime in and say that your embassy has no responsibility to help you...BUT THE FACT IS that French Nationals have done this with successful results!

Considering this recent press release:

On June 11, Thailand’s public health minister, Anutin Charnvirakul, told the press that he had met with the French Ambassador to Thailand and that the embassy was discussing the process of importing 10,000 doses of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine for French nationals aged 45+ in Thailand.

Anutin said that the department of Disease Control agrees to the basic principle and that the vaccines could arrive by at the end of June.

He added that ANY country which is able to take care of its citizens can import vaccines which are registered with Thailand’s FDA to inoculate their nationals.

Anutin said an inoculation provision by an embassy can be undertaken at any medical facility and does not need to be on embassy grounds.
If enough of us would send an email to our Embassies, maybe we could see similar results.  It only takes a few minutes of your time to write such an email, and we might all be surprised at the results if enough people do it.  I wrote mine today; everybody else should do the same.  If you are an American, this is the email address to use: [email protected]

Yes, just happened again this morning. I just hit the back button a few times and I have come across details of another registrant, (who also as it turns out) has had his nationality and province/district/sub-district etc removed, or not retained, so like me has not been able to successfully register. Unlike the authors of this POS site, I will not disclose his details, and I will scrub what I have. But, there's a serious data breach of his personal information, given like all of us in good faith, to register for a vaccination.

Before, the intervac website said that reservations were possible between 14:00 and 18:00.

Now, the site says that reservations are between 12 noon and 15:00.

It says that people under 60 years old can register from 14 June, today. But when I go the website, it still says that you can only register if you are age 60 and older.

Did I miss something??? Is there another website for people under at 60??

The website for foreign nationals age 60 and above and with chronic conditions is open and marginally available to use right now... it opened shortly after noon as promised, and is supposed to remain open till 3 pm:

https://www.thailandintervac.com/

The general public website for expats is NOT open yet for today, and there's no reference on the site as to what time it will open, though presumably/perhaps later this afternoon:

https://thailandintervac.com/expatriates

I don't understand this at all, I have already registered, I have entered my DOB, they know I live in Chonburi & am overweight and have high blood pressure, the only thing I can think of is that because they have removed Bangkok Pattaya hospital from the list - although it was never active, it won't let you progress any further, anyone else getting this message ? 20210614_124942.thumb.jpg.be0e1728778654fd293a26adf4cfa775.jpg

I logged into the Intervac website for age 60+ and chronic condition folks just after Noon today, and again just now, and had no problem logging into the site.

And when I was logged in and clicked "Check Eligibility," it still showed my appointment made last Thursday for late June at Phyathai II Hospital.

John, I'm not in BKK, and have not as yet made an appointment as I took it from what I read that they were going to add a lot more hospitals around the country, but registered nonetheless while waiting for today, when I logged in I got the message I posted above and cannot proceed any further !!!

I am 77 and I have already an account with ThailandIntervac but each time I try to login (between 12 noon and 15h00) I need once more to fill details that I have no previous medical conditions etc  etc..  Then I can choose between Sinovac or Astrazeneca ...in 4 hospitals situated in Bangkok...but  the appointment calendar is blank for more than one year.

Did I understand well that from to-day also hospitals in the provinces  could be selected?

I booked for first dose early July and just logged in to print out those forms.

1) Screening consent form

2) Appointment form

3) Service Queue form

Strange, I got 2 service queue forms with different queue numbers. Anyone have similar situation? Or I'm missing something? I swear I only registered once. The 2 buttons is Download appointment and Print Appointment which both lead to the service queue form but came out different number.

If you do not reside in the Bangkok area, the calendar will be blank.  That is the website's way of saying you must reside in Bangkok to book.  Anyone residing outside of Bangkok should not be able to book becuase no hospitals outside of Bangkok are yet listed.

I've posted this on several other threads.  I registered to be vaccinated with AZ in Pattaya on June 16 using Mor prom app and pink card.  Got a call yesterday from Pattaya City Hospital telling me there is no AZ left but I could get Sinovac Monday morning at 11 am instead.  I agreed.  Went this morning a little before 10 expecting a crowd and a long wait but there was no line at all and I was done by 10:30.  Fast and easy.  The Mor prom app appears to still be working at some hospitals and some appointments by non-Thais are still being honored.  I was surprised the hospital took the time to phone me on Sunday to offer the alternate vaccine--especially since I don't normally use that hospital.

No,

My friends booked with Phuket address.

Interesting.  I just checked my appointment and downloaded/printed the docs again and got new queue numbers from the ones I was originally allocated!!  And the print Queue number was indeed different from the downloaded.  They were sequential.  Seems that it generates a new number every time you go in??  What this mean with regards to appointments......I have no idea.

I wouldn't trust ANYTHING on that old site It is seriously FUBAR.  I would wait for the new site to go active (which it was supposed to do today, but of course it did not" ????

TO make it easier, here is my new naming scheme for all of the failed sites:

FUBAR-1:  The MorProm app

FUBAR-2: The old InterVac site

FUBAR-3: The new InterVac/Expat site
