I think it's not about website down or not down,it's about each local office if they don't like online reporting then you can't use it

I managed to get to the submit page of the app but then got an error message several times.

Tried the website and it worked despite not working for me yesterday or many times 90 days ago.

Mine worked, this afternoon.  I use Edge browser on my PC.

Ditto on the software, but it didn't, got the contact your local office message.

I have renewed my extension of stay since my last office 90 day report, that may be the problem.

A friend was once informed in the local office that they don't like the on-line reporting and want everybody to attend the office in person.

I re newed my extension and the next 90 report online worked. The one after that did not.

I just use mail now. Online hit and miss for many ....no reason

Last year it worked fine for me.  This year I have not been able to use it.  It tells me I have to go to the office.  None of my information has changed.  My last 90 day report I told the local office I couldn't do it online.  They told me the problem is in Bangkok.

What a totally worthless app.  It has never worked for me. Just as well. I only live two blocks from Immigration.

I've been trying this past week and this is what shows up in the app, and on the PC in all browsers I've tried, just a generic error message. And I've not overstayed or have used the incorrect dates!!! Even tried to use the online booking but only get a blank screen. Even though I don't want to, I think I will be forced to walk in.

And I've not overstayed

I'm not on overstay either, but when my last annual extension went into effect is when everything went to hell-in-a-handbasket. However, they did stamp my passport correctly so that's a major achievement for them...

At it's very best, always on "life support". Usually in a coma. Typically Thailand! ????

It works for some. My agent filed a 90 day for me on one occasion and there was no problem. I have not had any luck, even using the Edge browser. I feel more comfortable going in person. It would certainly be helpful if all the 90 day traffic could be done online.

I got fined 2000 thb for being 2 days overdue . Like prisoners!

You can ONLY use it 15 days before due date, up to 7 days before due date. It just will not work outside that parameter.

Everybody knows that.

Its something else preventing a lot of people to do online reporting which is only known to immigration.

It works fine for me. Try to not be so abusive to it then it might like you ????

Ditto.

The app has never worked for me but I was just approved via the website despite the website giving me some grief a couple of days ago and prepared to visit in person.

Give the website a few tries.

Same here. Used to work great before I did my extension of stay. After that I have gotten the 'overstay' notice for the past two times trying to do the 90 day report, whether it's on my computer, iPhone, or iPad.

App never worked for me. Access via 90 day option on website via chrome has always worked

I woke up this morning about 4:00 A.M. and did my 90 report online and submitted it without a problem. And, most importantly, I just got an email from immigration letting me know that it's been approved. So, no problemo!

So sick of these 90 day report threads.

People chipping in with ..."worked for me no problem" etc etc.

It works for some and not for others. Simple as that.

The other thing that's more annoying is an OP that starts a thread and adds NOTHING. (hope I didn't miss post)

I mentioned report by mail in earlier post.

It's best fall back option especially if immigration office is not handy.

I always go in person, in my case to MTT, to get this done. Straightforward and quick.

Apparently some people can, others cannot. I am among those who can't.

Every time I ask what the problem is, nobody can give me an answer.
